Author's Response: Bill and Tom had already decided to call the BABY Johnny if it was a dude (after the one who died in The Escapist) and Bill had decided on Lara without Tom, actually. And I say babies because I have a block for saying kids since I imagine toddlers when I do so. And I did say children and kids at times.
