And at the beginning of the chapter: poor Bill! I've had surgery on the inside of my throat, too. (Although it was getting my adenoids removed, not a cyst on my vocal chords. I was having trouble hearing, not speaking. Anyway...) Tylenol just doesn't cut it for that stuff. Ice cream and popsicles are the way to go.
