You have some serious grammatical issues. May I suggest a beta to teach you the difference between "where" and "were" and the proper use of commas. If you have a beta, find a new one. They're not doing their job.
Consider realism when writing. I have a hard time believing that Tom, an eighteen-year-old boy, who is also a musician with a hectic lifestyle, has only ever seen 2 a.m. because he was with a girl. I also have trouble with him looking up fanfiction without even remembering how he arrived there. He would have to look up himself and the band, which would be fine, but why is he doing that?
But that's the tip of the realism iceberg. I must say, I know it's twincest, and we all suspend reality for it, but do you have siblings? If not, imagine you do; one of the same sex, no less. Imagine you have romantic feelings for that sibling. There is no person - no sane person - who is not going to consider how unusual/forbidden/immoral the situation is. And if they're crazy enough not to, I would hope they would have the neurons to understand that the object of their affection might be a tad disturbed by it. I do not see Bill hopping into Tom's lap, even if he has confirmation that Tom feels as he does-which he does not.
Think before you write.
