I was a bit surprised at the small amount of grammatic errors, because usually I don't spot any in this story. It's nothing to worry about, it's just something I noticed.

First of all, I'm almost careful about fanfics dealing with rape because more often than not, it's not done so well.
That said, your story is not just superbly written, but is actually the best story dealing with this topic I have ever read, and that is after ten years of reading all kinds of fanfics in all kinds of fandoms.
It's one of the most realistic I've seen so far, not exaggerated in any way and all different kinds of aspects are taken into consideration, which is a very rare thing I think. It's handled with tact and thoughtfulness, also considering the developing relationship between the two boys.
That's why I can only hope you keep up your work and can't wait to read how this story continues, if they tell anyone else about what's happening between them, how the statement to the press goes, how Bill will find his way back into his old life, and so on.
