Every chapter, my heart breaks more for Bill. I hate that he has obviously endured so much crap in his life. I hate that he even thinks about Tom‘s motives inviting him to his home. I hate that he doesn’t know who Lola‘s father is, as I am assuming that Steffen brought his ‚friends‘ over before. Life has obviously not been kind to the sweet soul that is Bill. I’ve said it before but I really hope Bill can find trust again with Tom, and that Tom will be able to help him.
Thank you for this story and for all your stories. I‘ve suddenly lost my beloved sister-in-law two days ago and in between all the emotions and crying I’ve re-read some of your other stories and it got me to calm down a bit. So really, thank you so so much!!

I just love drama and if I’m honest with you, I’m so happy I’m doing my own story so I can finally do the drama I’ve always wished to write! Seriously, Tom needs to put two and two together, like right now. If he gets Bill home again (and I have a feeling Bill would let him, because he wouldn’t tell him what’s going on), Steffen might even kill him. My heart broke when I read that flashback, I mean how can someone do that to another? Bill must have lost trust in all human beings while being with Steffen, and I really hope Tom can be the change Bill needs, giving him hope, warmth and love. And I hope that Bill will trust him enough to tell him what‘s going on. He needs to in order to survive.
I’m currently thinking of how I can distract myself until Monday morning because I don’t think I can wait any longer haha. You need to stop with those cliffhangers, seriously! Doesn’t make me love the story less though, it is just your fault I can’t get enough of it haha.

Author's Response: He really does, but I just think at the minute he thinks there must be an explanation for anything, and because he doesn’t really know Bill all to well yet, he doesn’t understand everything fully or why Bill the way he is. Gosh, Bill… I hate that he thinks that he hasn’t got anyone to confide in. I bet Tom would love to continue being that person for him. He needs to find out, and he needs to find out fast in order to help Bill.
So Steffen has always been an asshole obviously (not that I thought he wasn’t).
I can’t wait for more, although I am kind of dreading that next chapter. I remember you saying you thought of me when writing chapter 19 and I am probably gonna shout at you so I expect a major cliffhanger which I am not particularly keen on haha.
Also, hope you are OK. You haven’t replied in a while which is totally fine, you don’t have to at all. I will continue telling you how much I love this story either way. Just hope you are OK :)
Author's Response: Yeah, I think a lot of things have happened over the years and in Bill’s life that have made him withdrawn into himself and made it hard for him to trust anyone, it’s definitely going to take time and patience for him to be able to trust again I think. rnOh yes, you will definitely shout at men haha!rnAnd I’m okay thank you! Oh Bill… If only he could open up to Tom and let him help him get rid of that asshole Steffen. But he is so withdrawn into himself and he must be so scared of Steffen, it breaks my heart. I wonder where he is going, I really hope he doesn’t get himself into trouble. He probably will though, and I hope that at least Tom will find out what is happening soon enough and save Bill from Steffen but also from himself. I somehow sense cliffhangers coming up again which I don’t like but they also make me excited haha. Love it so so much!
Author's Response: I think he is scared about opening up to be honest! It’s not an easy take to get rid of Steffen… maybe Bill will be even worse off when he’s gone.. who knows! Tom will definitely discover things eventually but who knows how much Bill will let him find out.

Tom‘s opinion about Bill has obviously changed so much in this last week and he has become so protective. It almost seems he kind of misses being with Bill despite the reason being with with him was so heartbreaking.
And oh gosh, my heart is breaking for Bill. What a massive asshole Steffen is! I am so scared for Bill, I hope he can get away before Steffens friends turn up and do what I fear they will do. I still don’t understand why Bill would let Steffen do all this to him. I really hope Tom can save him before it’s too late.
I’m sure you know this by now but I really can’t express how much I love this story. I guess I just don‘t know enough English words to do so haha. So I’m just saying it again: I love it!!

His view has definitely changed and I think that’s because he’s seen Bill outside of the office and understands him more on a personal level now, it’s definitely opened up his eyes a little I think and he now sees Bill more as a person, than his boss! Yes, Steffen definitely is an asshole and so are his friends! You will understand why Bill is allowing this eventually, I promise! It will all make sense, I’ve been planting little things along the way which will all make sense in the end.

I am glad that Tom stayed with Bill, especially during the visit from the funeral home guy, that must have been really hard. Tom is just great!I can understand why he was shocked to see Bill‘s neighborhood and apartment though, having had this picture of Bill‘s life stuck in his head for so long. I can only hope that Tom will find out soon enough what is going on in Bill‘s life, because as much as I like that he gave him a lift home, it was probably mood a good idea that he came into apartment and he was being seen by Steffen. I am scared for Bill now and can’t wait to read more! Love it!

I read the chapter on Monday but I had so much work I didn’t find the time to review up to now, I’m sorry!
It’s good that Tom got some rest so he can continue to be there for Bill. I understand he felt slightly guilty for not being there when he left for his first therapy session but he is still so supportive. Although I love the drama I am very scared of Bill going home and Steffen coming back into the picture.
