I understand Toms pain. Imagining loosing the love of my life so often, having to wait many years, decades even just to lose it again. I would go crazy I fear. Bill kinda puts himself before Tom every single time. It's a tough choice tough and I get where Bill is coming from, but in the long run it seems almost cruel. Maybe Tom could break the circle by being the one to say no? Even if it hurts him?tough choices for both chars
