This story seems very interesting and I’m looking forward to reading it. I really enjoyed this first chapter.
I’m sorry your surprise to go and see TH with friends was ruined. They were supposed to come here to Edmonton as well and I had tickets and a VIP upgrade. It would have been my first time seeing them. I did feel like it was a bit too good to be true because I never, ever thought they’d come here. I do agree they handled everything terribly and it was definitely a shock to find out the tor was cancelled. I was pretty upset and I still am if I’m being honest. I do hope they realize that they can’t just come out with some cheap apology and everything will be okay. We deserve much more than that. I do love the band and I always will but I do wonder if their hearts are still in this.
I do hope everything can be rescheduled and all of us will be able to see them again here in North America.
Anyways, I can’t wait to read more of this!

And lol, I low-key believe in aliens, but I believe that they would be so morally advanced as to have progressed past violence and ill-will centuries ago in their time.
PS: Omigosh, Tom's cheek scar. I think this is the first fic I've ever read that mentions it.
Author's Response: Yes I heard an interesting theory that basically said alien life would be that far advanced and beyond us that they just simply wouldn't be interested in us at all lol. That's why people find the alien abduction and probe stories so unlikely. Like, why would they want to bother?
