I literally gasped when I saw that this was updated.
This chapter did not disappoint. Everything about it was so perfect. You don't need to second guess this. It's wonderful, really. Tom's gift to Bill was incredibly sweet and now I'm really curious as to why Bill can't tell Tom he loves him.
