Snuggles must be a demon or a spirit who fall in love with Bill ? And he took Tom's body because it was easy to get Bill ?
I don't know if he's been Tom for long, it's depend if humain can feel spirit and so maybe at first he was just a spirit form who cuddling Bill and at some point he took Tom's body or... I don't know !!! But I feel so so bad if he's been Tom for years because that mean he wasn't his brother and he's been fooled for years !
I hope Tom will have his body back !!
I still have so many questions and how everything will turns out at the end.

Author's Response: Thank you so much! He has fallen in love with Bill and yes, he realised the easiest way to get close to Bill like how he wanted was to take Tom's body! He hasn't been Tom for years though don't worry.
