Love that new chapter ! And I can see what you're doing heeeere...ok, purely objectively speaking, Tom IS indeed creepy. Always there, always insisting, always hoping for something more...it can fall very quickly from the "romantic" sphere into the "psychotic" sphere hahaha - but I still love him, what can we do.
Zane seems to be a total asshole tho. I can't with him and his "job" anymore. Do some efforts if you love the guy, dude ! And don't try to hide him or something, omg.
Can we expect to hear more from Bushido too? I like to see Bill suffer, that's who I am.

Author's Response: Hello Lea3107! Finally, SOMEONE sees Tom as the bit of a creeper I think he is! Not that he's not NICE, of course, but still.... And Bill keeps meeting guys who run that line between "romantic" and "psychotic." I'm starting to feel sorry for him. I'm hoping Bushido comes back around (if only to make poor Bill suffer, bwaaah ha ha haha!). I've always been a Billshido shipper, so of course I'd love to completely make this about them, but I'm thinking the story has other plans...I don't even know fully what's up with Zane and his insane job myself! Aww man, Tom is just so sweet to Bill. I'm gonna get a cavity from how damn sweet he is lol But seriously, I love how you can see that he genuinely cares for Bill. And yeah, it may seem a bit creepy that he shows up everywhere that Bill is (I love that he was invited in this chapter lol) but he is a nice guy who cares. I love that he puts Bill's feelings first.
I can't see Bill only having friendly feelings for Tom or continuing to only have friendly feelings for him. But I guess I will have to wait and see.
I want Zane to be a good guy but ooh man, he's shady as hell lol
I love this and seeing an update puts a smile on my face. I can't wait for the next chapter :D

Now that I've finally had the chance to sit down and read this new chapter, I can write a review as well :)
I can't imagine how hard it is for Billy, having his heart broken by Anis and then having him keep coming back. I see all he wants is to be loved and to love someone in return. I am proud of Billy for walking away when he knew it was the right thing to do, no matter how hard it was to do for him. As much as it hurt his heart to do, it was a good decision in the end. Anis wasn't thinking about anyone but himself and it has never been fair to Billy and I'm glad Billy has gotten out of that situation.
I know Billy and Zane's relationship is new but I still fear there are things that Zane is hiding. I don't think the whole thing with the ex-girlfriend being a stalker is all entirely true, nor do I think that Sarah is an aunt but maybe that's me being paranoid. I would love for him to be honest and I hope that I am wrong.
Tom is pretty adorable but at the same time it is quite weird how he pops up everywhere lol I can see he is growing on Billy, though. I love how much Billy hates his hair and beard lol And Tom shaved it for him! I wasn't expecting that at all!
I really enjoyed this chapter. We got to know quite a bit more about not only Tom, but Zane as well. (whether the part about Zane is true or not, I guess we will wait and see! I sure hope it's true, though because I am wanting to be wrong about him!)
I cannot wait for more of this fantastic story! Next time, I hope it doesn't take me nearly as long to get the chance to read the new chapter lol

Thanks for answering to my comment! I know that Tom is supposed to be perceived as weird, but I see him no weirder than other men in Bill's life. This Tom is romantic and he is very kind, and yes, he tries too hard. But I cannot blame him. Bill's cards told Tom to work hard to get Bill, did not they? Anyway, what I noticed so far is that Tom is always there, even if by accident, when Bill needs emotional support. And Tom never hesitates to provide such support. This is a huge different from both Anis and Zane.

Sorry I didn't review the last chapter, as you know life is crazy busy right now. Managed to snatch a few quiet moments to read and review this one. I actually think it's lovely that Tom is so entranced by Bill and they haven't even kissed yet. Almost like old fashioned courting, and he's even met Bill's family. Pity it's taking Bill so long to warm to him. Love Andi, he talks so much sense and says it right out. Now call me a cynical old cow but after my excitement when you first introduced Zane into the story I now don't trust anything that comes out of his mouth. Crazy stalker girlfriend? Well, maybe...but crazy Aunt Sarah too. And having to keep on leaving on the spur of the moment...sorry, not buying into it. So happy Bill has seen Anis for what he really is. Glad too that Bill has found an alternative venue for his readings, was wondering what would happen about that when he finally kicked Anis to the kerb. Tom shaving his beard off for Bill...if only Bill would see that here's a man willing to make changes to please him rather than the others expecting Bill to accommodate their life choices. Zane getting jealous? Methinks it's the pot calling the kettle black as we say...he protests too much coz he's covering something up too. I think that's about all I have to say. Still can't get over Tom shaving for Bill...silly but so sweet. Hope you had a good New Years or were you working again. Author's Response: It seems like the past year has been busy for you, Helen! Now another wedding to plan! Have you moved yet? Sorry, I've barely been checking into FB. Anyway, I'm like Bill - I think Tom is WEIRD. I mean, he's run into him a few times, hung out with him a few HOURS, and the guy is saying he loves him? (I've dated guys like that. The lesson? RUN). Although, Bill barely knows Zane, either. They've been dating for maybe a month (I've lost track of time in this story, arrrgh!). Andy is trying to keep Bill from being as blind as he was with Anis, but you know how falling in love can be - it tends to short out the logic center of the brain. From what I've heard, anyway. I too was excited to re-introduce a reincarnated Zane, but I'm wondering just how strange things might get with him. He does have to go back to L.A. a lot for work. And now, for messed up relatives (we've all got one), but is there more than face value? (HA HA...um.... ) Bill really needed to open his eyes up about Anis - he'd just been so focused on his own emotions for the man that I think it was BILL being selfish. At least, selfcentric, which meant he kept himself from looking for a real relationship for several years, just because he wanted the unattainable for so long. He's not very realistic, is he? As for Bill's reading venue...yeah, I couldn't let him just hang out in Jackson Square, where there are tons of tables set up by card readers and "psychics." He's a professional! I wish I was making that much money doing readings, I would sooo quit my day job. I'm glad Tom shaved, but he's being a bit desperate, don't you think? Now if Bill would shave...and grow out his hair...and dye it black...and put on eye makeup... He's 27, he won't have that pretty, sweet face much longer and that's when it would be better for him to go manly! He did it way too soon. I don't think Tom knew about the cards when Bill read them. Crap, I went and got myself addicted and ran out of story! I'm utterly enchanted, but Bill really needs to get his head out of his ass - that wasn't going to be a pun, but here we are - because he's got his fingers in his ears yelling LALALA about these men. I LOVED Tom charming the ladies, Mawmaw knows what's up, and I'm surprised Bill isn't reading the signs, since that's his profession and all. Like I said, LALALA. Zane and Anis need to hook up so they can yank each other around instead of sweet Bill - who I am still imagining with long, black hair. Can't wait to see what comes next, I'm glad Tom seems to be some kind of blend of stubborn, childish, and saintly so maybe he won't see Bill too differently from all this wishy-washy, repeating the same old mistakes he's got going on.
