I just started reading this - Read this entire story in one day - I think it's a personal record tbh! The chapters are very long, but I always feel like it should be more! I'm so intrigued by this story - I've ordered a set of tarot cards cause of this story! *blushes* You write it so well, and I love this mystery with the cards, and how blind Bill is being - I absolutely love it! And I really hope you continue soon! I'm getting desperate for a long chapter!

I've been reading cards for many, many years so I'd been thinking of having a story with Bill the Tarot Card Reader for a while. I really hope you have fun with your deck - there are tons of tutorials on youtube for beginners. Once you get the basic understanding, just practice practice practice! What a chapter! So many things happen!
Who is Zane's stoker? Is it indeed his aunt? Whoever this person is, they are truly crazy. Killed Bill's cat and tried to kill Bill!! I blame Zane. If he were more open with Bill, the hit and run might not have happened. I hope poor Bill is ok.
I am not surprised that Bill was offered a small role in the show. Bill is so interesting!
Bill's meeting with Tom was just all kinds of right. It seems that Bill feels safe now only in Tom's arms. And Tom is the only one who is so attuned to Bill's emotions and feelings.
Great chapel! Cannot wait for more!
Author's Response: Hello ura! That really was one packed chapter, wasn't it? I agree that the stalker is probably a little bit on the crazy side. We'll probably find out a little more in chapter 10. Wouldn't it be awesome if my imaginary Tarot Reading Bill could really have a part in NCIS New Orleans?? It was absolutely crazy end of the chapter. I'm very worried about Bill. First there is death of his cat, and now...
Zane behaves very suspiciously, and I don't believe him that bullshit about his aunt. There is something else.

So, sorry I haven't been reviewing. So much going on here, but you deserve better for such an amazing story. I hope you're still writing and will post again soon. I'm absolutely intrigued by Zane's back story. I really really don't trust him and I'm just worried that whatever is going on with him will put Bill in danger. As it is I'm pretty sure Bill's heart will get broken when he learns the truth...whatever that is. Tom is so perceptive, he seems to have a real instinct for reading Bill, just as Bill's abilities give him insights into Tom. I know he comes across as stalkerish, but I'm still on team Tom.I just don't trust Zane as much as he seems to adore Bill, and I think Tom knows stuff about Zane that he's not telling Bill because he doesn't want to play dirty to gain the upper hand. I'm dying for the next chapter. Hope you're well and all is ok with you and yours. Love Helen xx
Author's Response: Mi buena amiga, hola hola! I've missed you! Damn, life has been crazy! Well, not like, fun or bad or anything - just insanely busy. Work has gone from kind of nuts to "why do I still work here" busy. Colds, flus, dads with birthdays, landscapers, plumbing issues, partners who switch their hours and give me even less free time, socializing, medical issues...I'm tellin' ya, it's just been dumb and annoying and you can see that it's all adding up to keep me from writing as much as I want to. I will email you soon (um...that's not like a legal contract or anything...just sayin'....).... I do hope you like the story - it's finally actually getting fun for me, and right at the moment i have such little time to write! The deep south is not terribly familiar to ME, so I know that anyone in a foreign country might have a hard time getting some of this. Hopefully it's still enjoyable. Wow that was a long read. I loved it!
So much happened in this one; I don't know where to start!
I was wondering when we were going to see Anis again. You didn't leave us hanging for too long lol I am glad for that too and am glad him and Billy were able to get some closure. It was time for that to happen I think. What an jerk for telling him he loved him finally. After all that time, and after Billy wanting to hear it from him for so long, he finally says it. Oh well, they are in the past and Bill can move move on from that.
Oh Zane, Zane, Zane. Something is definitely going on with him. What with the texts he was receiving all through dinner and then being all sketchy driving home and nervous about the neighborhood. I wonder how Billy isn't picking up on the sketchiness. I mean, it's not the first time Zane's stayed at his place so why now for the nervousness? And then the vehicle outside the house in the morning. Yeah something is definitely going on and someone is following him.
My heart broke a little bit for Tom. I can understand why Billy can't stay friends with him, but at the same time, I wish he would keep him in his life. I feel one day he will realize they are meant to be. I definitely don't think Tom is creepy lol.
I am definitely still enjoying this and I can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Hello, TCG! I'm trying to pack the chapters with lots of stuff, since they're so few and far between right now, so I need to make them as long as possible! Bu just sort of barged into that last chapter, I wasn't expecting that. But I agree, they needed a little more closure (and it's still hard for me to let go of my Billshido...Maybe the "I love you" part was a way for me to leave a door open?) Bill is definitely ignoring some of the issues going on with Zane, but he wants to trust him, and if you're trying hard to trust someone, don't you just have to kind of...trust them? It turns into a circular argument, really. I'm feeling bad for Tom too, but maybe he can find someone new! Um...right? Working on the next chapter, see you there! Why doesn't Bill get it that he belongs with Tom? Out of Zane, Boo, and Tom, Tom is the only one Bill really talks about his life and shares secretes with. Tom is the only one who is really attuned to Bill and cares deeply about him. Tom is the only one who likes Bill the way Bill is. I loved how he said that he liked the weird hat on Bill because Bill owned it. And Bill is in return attuned to Tom. He was the only one to figure out the meaning of Tom's relaxed posture in a chair. They even see the same dreams! How can't Bill see that he and Tom share somethings special?
So much happened in this chapter. It is great that Bill and Boo got a closure. Zane met Bill's family, but it's clear that Bill's family prefers Tom. Bill should take a note of this.
Someone follows Zane. I wonder what's the deal with this? Zane lies and lies and lies to Bill. Even about driving in the dark now. This cannot end well...
I understand why Bill cut off Tom from being friends. But it still makes me incredibly sad. Why Bill did not listen to his grandma?
And what the matter with the last card reading for Tom? Did Bill miss something?

Author's Response: Sometimes people don't always know what's best for them (or WHO), even if everyone else can see it. We all have friends or family members who are dating or married to someone everyone hates. After a few years, a couple of kids, and lots of problems, the whole thing falls apart, and we can all say "I told you so." Let's hope Bill doesn't take things that far, but you never can tell how stubborn someone's going to be! Obviously Tom is better for him, but Zane makes him feel passionate. People love passion, even when they say "all I want is a nice guy to settle down with." Don't we just love our mistakes? I'm finding out just how much Bill is willing to put up with as I write the next chapter... Sigh...there's just no helping some people...Even with tarot cards to help.

Awe poor Tom. I feel like despite Tom having feelings for Bill . Bill should realize it's never a good sign who someone you're dating is trying to have so much control over whom you hang out with. Especially when he's never given him a reason to be paranoid. From the beginning Bill was always honest with Tom about his relationship with Zane. And he did the Same with Zane about Tom... usually a guilty conscience shows jealousy... ahhh I can wait !!!

The person in the car was just the newspaper delivery guy, who likes to get his work done VERY early, so he can go to his next job, and earn enough money to put himself through school and support his sick mom. Okay? Nothing bad going on there at all. It's really BILL who is hiding something, isn't it? He shouldn't have friends that Zane doesn't approve of!! That's true love! Author's Response: Their dreams mean they're thinking about each other a LOT. Tom's in love, and Mawmaw has Billy worried about him, so dreams are inevitable. OR they have a psychic link because they are SOUL MATES. Or you know, whatever. I'm sure some of Zane's secrets will be too big to hide, soon, and Bill will have to deal with them. IF Zane has secrets. I mean, I'm not saying he does, but I'm not saying he doesn't, either.....

But I don't think Bill is leading him on, so it's not really his fault that Tom fell in love with him at first sight, it's just unfortunate. I'm hoping Zane doesn't turn out to be a bad guy - I liked him in the other story too! I'd feel guilty as heck if he ends up being rotten!
