"Give me an empty bottle!", really, Bill? This is the first thing that came into your mind after your former friend beat the hell out of you? There’s something about evolution of this character that never cease to surprise me. At first I didn’t really liked Bill in this story, but as he kept getting more desperate, I grew quite fond of him. I love how he became so consumed by the mission of saving Tom, that nothing else really matters anymore. Bill’s mind right now seems to be a dark and twisted place, and maybe I’m cruel but I really like him like that. I think he’s now capable of doing many morally questionable things just to save his twin. This change is something very exciting to read.

Now everyone thinks Bill’s insane, I’m sure of that. Catching your own blood into a bottle as a meal for the vampire? Doesn’t sound normal. People like Thomas, who were opposed to the idea of keeping Tom in the chamber, might starting to observe Bill’s action more closely. He’d better be careful...

I love the scene when Bill was feeding his brother with blood. For Tom the whole situation must be really confusing. The rules that run his world suddenly changed and the prey helps the predator. I’m curious what’s happening in his head right now and I hope we get to read his point of view soon.

Because of all that “feeding Tom” action, I don’t really feel sad about Marie’s death. I mean, we all know this will happen, sooner rather than later. Georg must be devastated and so angry, I’m afraid he will be seeking revenge and I don’t think he will forgive Bill anytime soon.

This chapter was so intense and changed so much, I can’t wait to find out what else you’ve got planned! I’m also thrilled to find out you’re thinking about something new :). I love horrors and I love your writing, so I will be waiting impatiently! Read you next time and take care!

I like that you grew to like him^^ I hoped to show how desperate he is, after loosing Tom one time, there's no way he can deal with it again. this is also the only thing he can do, there was no way he could've saved Mare and there's also no way to look back. I mean he also left George for dead. So yeah, he can only go forward. He has to handle a lot and will alos encounter more situations where there is no clear right or wrong. I would think he's insane, too, believe me xD Thomas would be stupid to not look out more, you're 100% right there. Tom's world is changing, too, but the recent chapter will destroy any positive thought Tom might have had ;) His point of view will come back soon, don't worry ^^ georg is in a dark place and who knows if and how he could take revenge. I am so sorry for your problems, losing something you worked on is one of the worst things that can happen to a writer. I hope you’re not feeling discouraged by all that!

Georg’s acting so cold towards Bill, I know he’s got a reason, but the dissolution of their friendship is so painful to watch. But Gustav was the voice of reason in this chapter and I loved that! Fighting isn’t helping anything, and certainly is not going to cure Marie, or change back Tom. I wish that Bill and Georg will learn how to talk with each other again, but I know it won’t be easy...

Thomas is a good observer and natural leader, I like that even if he doesn’t support the whole idea with keeping Tom captured, he’s still calm. If mad George were here, the whole situation would look totally different :). By the way, is he even alive? I’m still waiting for him to show up and make everything even worst :).

The vampire attack was so exciting and well written! And Tom’s master tried to save him! It actually made me happy, because I really like their connection. Bill’s thinking about killing her, but I find her so fascinating and wish he would find a different way to save his twin. And maybe save her too, so that she can tell her story?

Author's Response: Thanks, some of them I think I'll not start again....I'm discouraged regarding soem of my ideas now, but don't worry I'll stick to this one and am already thinking about new stuff. It'll be some horror again...can't help myself xD Georg is really in a bad place and well after the following chapter it won't get better :/ Especially since Bill is so concentrated on keeping Tom safe that he fails his friend in a way. Fighting doesn't bring much, but yeah considering the circumstances I guess fighting is nothing you can really prevent from happening? Thomas is a good leader, a natural one. George would roughen up the situation and he certainly will in one way or another. Keep your eyes open for him ;) There's definitely a lot behind her character, of couse Bill hates her and if the price for getting his human Tom back is her death...well. She is a handfull and she is actually really mean even towards Tom a bit. Thank you so much for your review, I love to read them ;)

I have to say I understand Georg’s reasoning. It seems natural for him to think that the monster that hurt his girlfriend has nothing to do with his best friend. This whole situation with Marie made everything ten time worse. I feel like we get to the point when we can’t count on real happy ending. If she dies – and I really don’t think she’s got a chance to make out of this alive – this will change things forever. Ever if somehow Tom will be saved, the relationship between him and Georg might me damaged beyond repair. It makes me sad just thinking about it, because I love their friendship so much…

Vampires are coming! Does it mean we get to see Tom’s master soon? I’m really curious if Tom’s capture influenced her somehow. She might be a predator driven by instincts, but they shared a bond, a bit strange but deep. What will she do now?

Poor hungry Tom, I feel bad for him. Keeping him starved might not be the best idea, but what’s the alternative? Finding a blood donor? On the other hand, maybe hungry vampire will be more obedient and easier to… I don’t know, train? Right now this situation is like keeping a really exotic and dangerous pet in the cage while having no clue how to take care of it. It’s tragic, but I sense that watching Bill’s trials and errors will be entertaining :).

Author's Response: Yeah, it's just soo anoying, especially because I lost some stories entirely -.- If it wouldn't be for my beta Reader, I'd also have lost this story.....I had to order a new harddrive for 84 eur, which is annoying considering I'm a student and would have needed that money elsewhere :/ Anyway, thanks for your long review! Georg sees Tom for what he currently is, a beast or monster. The worst part is that they've been best friends for a long part of their lives and Georg was really in love with Marie. So in a way this is some sort of betrayl to him mixed with the horrors of that island. So how much is friendship worth in that sense? Vampires on this island are always coming ;) If I'd be her, I wouldn't be happy about loosing my backup to my prey.....Tom is, despite being a character that right now threatened the camp, indeed a suffering creature; chained up in a damp cave all alone and starving. I guess you could realy call him an exotic animal which is not well cared for due to the lack of knowledge. Bill will have to do something soon and yeah try things out ;) Thanks again for the long, detailed review and enjoy the latest chapter :)

Yeah, I had the feeling this has to happen too :). I was waiting impatiently for Georg to see the new Tom, but I felt this might not end well. And Marie getting hurt seemed like a big possibility. She shouldn’t take part in capturing hungry, angry vampire! It’s no wonder Tom recognized her as the weakest and decided to attack.

For a moment, when Tom didn’t react badly to Bill covering him with his T-shirt I thought that maybe he somehow remember his twin. But nope, Tom want to see him suffer ;). Still, I like that Bill is so protective over his brother, that he would never let anyone hurt him and can’t stand the thought of losing him again. Maybe in the end his love will save Tom? But that sound a bit cheesy and cliché so maybe not :).

I feel like I should hope that Tom can be saved, but I love his vampire self too much! His point of view is just amazing, I really enjoy seeing the world through his eyes. Tom’s predatory mind is fascinating. The fact that he doesn’t understand human speech make the dynamics between him and his friends – his abductors – more difficult and interesting. I love that part when he attacked Marie and drank her blood – it’s so well written you can almost feel this satisfaction and contentment. I’m not sure I’m ready to say goodbye to vampire!Tom yet, so I kind of hope that the process of turning him back will be long and hard. Maybe us Tom girls just like to put him into extreme situations :).

Author's Response: I'm still feeling a bit sorry for this, but well, what can an author do? Sometimes, even with the knowledge that a woman can do just as much as a man...it depends on the character as well. Maybe if she'd had a more secure behavior, this wouldn't have happened?rnrnTom associates Bill with pain right now, so yeah his nature tells him I'd be only fair to do the same to him. It's fucked up, but this is the nature of a thing half human and half monster right now. Bill of course still loves him. It'll take a lot to change the situation. rnrnI love his POV's as well, they are so much fun to write! For a vampire which is badly hurt, his contentment for finally getting blood into his system had to be huge, so I'm so happy you read it that way ^^ I also thought, if people abduct me and scream and shout at me in a weird language, I'd be pissed in the end as a vampire and scraed shitless as a human xD, so yeah this comes into play, too. For me saying goodbye to vampire-Tom though would be just as hard as it would be for you. rnrnAnd yeah, I think Tom is loved by us Tom-girls but damn we have to challenge him anyway, poor guy xDrnrnSorry for the late update, this week was so busy with setting up my new room, working for the last time, being sick and then my sister got a cute little puppy today and..wahh so much happens XD But hey I finally updated!
