I rarely review and I suck - I'm sorry! (I have many reasons, all of them personal problems) This is one of my absolute favorite stories ever and everytime I see an update, I light up like you wouldn't believe!
I love how you describe their relationship, and that Bill is totally okay with not having sex in any shape or form with Tom, until Tom is ready - if he'll ever be. And I could cry over Tom - he's such a sweetheart - PLEASE PROTECT HIM AT ALL COSTS! I can't imagine what's going on in his head, but it's such a big step for him when he goes to look in the mirror! I'm so happy he's getting more comfortable with everything. It killed me when they were apart, I think I died a little inside.
I know Tom might not be up for it, but a trip to the doctors could help him, but then again, I think it's mostly mental, considering everything he's been through...
I just love these two, please don't ever be so evil and separate them every again! I don't think I could handle it!!!

Author's Response: Ooooh, long review! I'm terrible about reviewing, too. Nowadays it's mostly just because I don't read much, but, once upon a time, it was because I didn't want a whole archive of reviews I'd left because I didn't really want people poking around to see what I was reading. Like it mattered, but, hey, brains don't make sense.
These two absolutely love each other, and if that love isn't physical, eh, whatever. As long as they have each other (and maybe some nice smooches), they're content. being able to wake up and have the other one be the first thing they get to see is a billion times more important than getting off. But, same time, Tom knows that's something that Bill wants, and something he wants to let Bill have, and something that might make him feel like he's healing, so, if it comes to that, it kind of works our for everybody.
If.
Tom's inability to perform is entirely mental. He could get some little blue happy pills and press the issue (or just drink too much on a wine and ice cream night and dull his inhibitions away again), but that would just be a bandage on a larger problem.

hooray!!! Tom is so greatly going, yes, it's the Bill time. And I'm glad that it took 2 years, this fact makes story more real, because such things can't go only after one month. Not all of people think that mental problems are really serious.
Author's Response: Tom's trying so very hard to do things and do them RIGHT. Anything else would just make things worse, and then why even do it?
You're definitely right about people not often taking mental health issues seriously. Not everything can be fixed through the powers of Bill's Magic Dick.

Nice chapter, I like the two of them, and their thoughts, also if both are fucked up :'D It's good that Bill is getting help now, also if I think that they can help each other the best, at least in some things. But bill should really work on his addiction issue, it can easy be a problem at times.

It's true, they spent a lot of time taking care of Tom's trouble and putting Bill aside. But maybe Bill wanted it unconsciously ? Now that Tom is doing better and with everything they have been through the past weeks, it's just going right back in Bill's face.
I'm happy to see them in the gas station, it's a new thing to do it together.
Author's Response: Having someone to take care of was sort of great for Bill, because it meant he had something to focus on that wasn't himself or his own damage. He could deal with Tom and just sort of forget all his stuff.
It totally worked out that they both went into the gas station, too, because Tom was a champ at finding those gummy worms.

It must be hard to think that the person you love the most thought about leaving you for good. No matter the intention, it's hard to accept or to not think something is wrong with you.
I'm really sad for Bill, because he have to be strong since the beginning. Maybe it's too much now and he need be the one we're focusing on.

Bill totally needs time to come to grips with their mini break up, realize it wasn't his fault, and hopefully move on, instead of letting it stew. Stewing isn't good for people. And Tom needs to let him be the little spoon for a while, while he takes care of things.

It will be a very healing for Tom to be strong one this time, just hope that now Bill won't do anything stupid and even he will, it's no way for Tom to abandon someone who took so much afford to care for him. In this story I can understand that even after 'happily ever after' there are so much problems that must be solved and hard work and even required love can hurt.

Happily ever after (forever and ever) is a hard thing to find. There's always going to be stumbling blocks and setbacks.

Aww they are gonna be okay. Tommy is the best. So caring and sweet despite all the bullshit they had to go through to get to this point. I’m excited to see where they go from here. Both Bill and Tom have some issues to work out and they should take the time to work them out. It’s so cute to see the tables turned in this chapter. Love this story and can’t wait for more.
