I can't even write a proper review for this. I've tried several times, but there are no words.
This was just... Heartbreaking, mainly. The stuff they said to Bill was just cruel, especially as it affects both of them.
I think a week is a good amount of time to wait, as I'm probably going to need that long to recover. Amazing work, as always.
Author's Response: Anything to get off a bunch of murder charges, yo. If that means trying to paint Bill off as a monster, hey, it's better than being the monster yourself. (but we don't like THEM, so it sucks)
Chapters like this, every couple of days would DEFINITELY be a drain. Down time is good sometimes.

Oh god, poor Tyler :( Seems like Bill took that really hard, and understandably so. Wine and ice cream was a great idea, even if it did make him a little more forward than usual. At least Tom was able to cope with the sudden lapful of Bill.
They are so damn perfect for each other < 3
Author's Response: He liked being the hero, bringing down the bad guy, rescuing the little guy. Now the bad guy got to win again and that's NOT how it's supposed to WORK. But at least there's ice cream.
Drunk Bill is frisky Bill. And affectionately honest Bill, which is nice for Tom. When you feel like a pale, scrawny, broken mess, it's nice to have someone think you're perfect.

We are so close to the trial now... I'm a little bit stressed about it, because I'm afraid of Tom reaction. Bill accept to break down more and Tom is there for him. I'm so proud of those two, really !!
At the end, Tom didn't push Bill away when he was into an horny state. This is so different and again, it show his progress. (I have the feeling that I'm all the time "wow so much progress" but I really mean it !). I hope one day Tom will allow himself to be closer to Bill and to finally give him everything.
I already can't wait for next week !

Poor Tyler. So very sad that he didn't have someone like Bill to give him a reason to carry on. It's lovely to see Tom being strong and comforting Bill for a change; their relationship is growing more equal now they're helping each other. Even drunk I'm glad Bill still had the presence of mind not to push things with Tom. One drunken fumble too far would have set them back a long way. Not long until the trial now. It's getting me anxious thinking about it so God knows how Bill and Tom will cope. You make your characters too believable. Lol! Love Helen x

Every now and then Tom gets to step up and be the rock. Not often, but he'll be there if Bill needs him to be.

Tokio Hotel's marathon is on again so I'm super late to read and review your story !
Tom open up like never before and that makes me so happy ! He's so cute with Bill and make so many progress, even if it's thanks to the medication. But I'm scared that Tom will shut out Bill and build his walls again to protect himself.
I can't wait to see how the trial will go but at the same time I still want little cute moments like those.

Tom's definitely made a good deal of progress. Finally having some meds, having Bill, knowing that he's safe, it's all helped a lot. :)

Tom is really starting to trust Bill now, enough to confide some of the horrors he endured. He is doing so well, even with the bleach smell freaking him out he still coped, didn't retreat into himself and shut Bill out. It's good too that Bill has confessed his past mistakes. There's a new level of openness between them that can only strengthen their relationship. I just hope the trial doesn't undo all the progress he's made. Still enjoying this story immensely even though it nearly always makes me feel so sad for them both. Love Helen x

It's kind of good to finally hear some of Tom's story. Talking about it without freaking out so much should help him do better during the trial, and help him get better sooner rather than later. And at least Bill knows a little more, a few things to make it easier, like buying cinnamon rolls or not using bleach.

I completely agree with the whole being watched and judged thing, counsellors suck >.>
Oh wow, I never expected that much from Bill o.o I figured it was drugs but like Tom I assumed it was just normal teenager stuff. Glad he's finally talked about it though, and now that Tom has medication, hopefully things can start to get better.
I swear this gets better with every chapter < 3
Author's Response: Bill spent a lot of time in a fairly dark, hazy place. Now that he's on the other side of it, I can't imagine that he'd want to go back. Especially not with Tom around. :)

You know what ? My Wednesday wouldn't be complet without a new chapter from this story !
And what a chapter !! FINALLY Bill open up about his story and past, I'm so glad he did, and I understand why he was scared to tell Tom about, it's not easy and he lived some crazy stuff. I'm happy it's all over (maybe ? Hopefully ? Who knows ? You ! Haha). And the thing Tom said, like, he loves him for who he his now makes me smile. I loves them. Did I already told you that ? Yes, but who's cares ?
I don't know if it's the solution that Tom take pills but it that can help him, why not ! I can't wait to see how he will be when he took it. And what he said to the doctor break my heart. He must be so frustrated. Fuck, I want him to be happy with everything ! And I hope one day he'll be relieved from all the darkness he's surrounded by.
Author's Response: Bill totally kinda fell into a rut and just...stayed there, even if he wasn't super into it. Sometimes, even if it's not great, it's what you know, and it's scarier to try to change for the better than to just keep being a little self destructive.
Tom's done the therapy thing, though he COULD really do better at it, but he's also working with a lot of PTSD, and sometime you need something to kind of smooth off that panic spike so you can just BE without being freaked out. Maybe they can help him find his level and work towards getting a little closer to the 'normal' that he's after. :)
