Wow i'm honestly shocked. I didn't see that coming. Tom can be so different when he is on all this medication. I mean i think it would have been an unhealthy approach if they did THAT. But luckily Bill was responsable enough to not let it happen. I don't know what to say, except that I really hope that what happened at least had SOME sort of effect on Tom's unconscious and that it will take away some of the anxiety he has about sexual activities. I just want the both to be happy and live a normal life, without having to worry about things like this.
Though I need to admit that I would miss the angsty Tom a lot once he's healed from the past, lol. There is something about his character I really love, idk. Anyway I love to see how this is going to go and how Tom will feel the next day or If he will remember at all. See you next wednesday!

I needed to read this chapter two times before starting to write a review and I don't even know what to say or where to start. Bill loves Tom so much and have such a self control to stop him when he wanted to give him what he want so much. And "luckily" he knows what the pills and
alcohol do together.
I hope Tom will remember and see how Bill care for him.
I don't have much to say because that was just too good to put words on.
PS : I should try the Chocolate chip pancakes but I'm so lame at cooking, it's a shame.

You should totes give pancakes a try. :D They're actually a pretty good starter cooking item because you just sort of mix and flip. Not whipping egg whites or bizarre knife skills required at all! Just a bowl, a spoon, something flat to cook on, and something to flip with. :)

Oh my. You can clearly see the love, how Bill puts Tom and his wellness first it's amazing!! I just hope this is the first step that will make Tom feel a bit more ready to have that physical closeness that's missing and that Bill needs. YEEEESSS!I hope it will be beautiful and magical and all those two need. Honestly, I read a lot of gruesome fics, with really detailed graphic rape and torture stuff (I'm realLY Not into that shit,but it was part of the story), but it made me understand why victim wasn't able to do any stuff that involved things like sex or even kissing. But with your Tom everything is a little vague so it's hard to identify with him and why he hates sexual contact. I am so excited for the grand finale, thank you so much answering, there aren't a lot of authors like you

I think, at this point in the story, it can be pretty clearly inferred that Tom had to go through some unwanted sexual contact while in the circus. His dislike of being touched, Bill's being naked between the training room and showers when he escaped (naked Starbucks guy), Tom feeling like a monster watching Bill 'perform' when he was getting his wank on in the shower. Just a whole army of little things that point to it without being a flashing neon sign. I don't really want to do a big flashing neon sign, because laying everything out there and saying 'THIS, this right here, this is EXACTLY what happened, probably at least twice a week' kind of keeps you from putting your own worst case scenarios in there. If it's kinda nebulous, it could be ANYTHING. O_O

This chapter was cute (except for the nightmare for sure). But the cuddles and all of that was so sweet. I'm glad to see Tom talk about his nightmare to Bill, even when he's involve in it. He also show how much he need Bill and it melt my heart.
I think they really needed this weekend, just the both of them. They are just so perfect together (I'm on repeat, don't I ?). But that's just the truth !

Author's Response: Tom could either burrow and be quiet about why he's all in a tizzy, or he could burrow and let Bill know why he needs a cuddle and to be able to be close. Opening up helps a lot more than keeping everything inside. :)
They ABSOLUTELY needed some down time. Tom needs to decompress, Bill needs to make some pancakes. :)
Chocolate chip pancakes are delightfully easy if you have an American pancake recipe (thick and fluffy as opposed to more crepe like, I'm not sure who all does which, tbh) and a handful of chocolate chips. A little shake (or big shake) of powdered sugar on top and you've got the breakfast of champions right there. :D

They are just too much. I think I got cavities from this chapter. I am so thrilled to see Tom's been improving. Nightmares are still horrendous but he's genuinely trying to get better and the beauty of it shows.
I adore this story and am still on board to see where you take this. Congrats on this being probably your longest story. It's really good and the length of it just enhances the tale.
