Thank you for posting this chapter, it's like a late Christmas/early New Year pressie.So happy they're back together. I hope that oily guy in the club wasn't 'one of them', preying on new victims. Love that Tom has made some progress and they can at least go for coffee together. And sad as it is, Bill going off the rails the night before really shows that they need each other to function properly. I'm left wondering what's next for them.Is the story winding to en end (hope not) or do you have more dramas in store? Hope you had a good Christmas and all the best for the new year. Love Helen xx

Being on his own was kind of great for Tom, even if he went about it the dumbest way possible. But, man, cinnamon rolls! Lattes! Shoe shopping?
The story, as yet, isn't done. Or really winding down that much. I have a few more beats I want to hit before I call it done, so hopefully it doesn't become a slog for everyone while I try to get there.

You have legit single-handedly made me start writing again just recently. I had completely lost my fire, but now I can definitely say it's come sprinting back. I love all your stuff and reading it makes me feel slightly bad I stopped coming to this site, and writing, for such a long time in the first place. I don't think I've read a single thing you've written that I didn't like. So kudos to you and thanks for jump-starting me back into the foray of writing after a long hiatus.

I'm so relieved that Bill didn't do anything wrong with these guys !And I'm glad Bill came to Tom. They complete each other and it's a fact. Maybe Tom was dealing better than Bill at being alone but at the end, they both need each other.
Maybe Tom will one day feel like he can have sex again. He wasn't that inconfortable. Maybe he will think about it now that he saw "another" Bill.
I can't wait for the next chapter already !

Great chapter! I'm glad Bill didnt end up with one of those guys - it really wouldn't have matched to this story.
That there was one of the guys from the warehouse ... did he just liked Bill or did he recognize him? I hope there will not come something from them again ...
I'm happy that Bill is back with tom again. Sure it will still not be easy, but I'm think Tom will ready for IT soon, or at least for some fooling around (maybe Bill really should blow him, then would tom see, that down there for sure is everything okay, his head is the problem) so they can work on things. And I think when Tom is ready to do some things in bed, other things will get easy too - because sex was the 'biggest problem' in the warehouse and when he gets over it, other things will get easier automaticly.
How ever, I'm happy they are together again.

Goddamit, Bill! Tom why didn't you call him?! It makes me feel bag because had Tom called that night, Bill wouldn't have been there. Damn Billy. Now I'm worried.
Author's Response: Everyone sort of went and fucked up this day. Tom should have called, instead of stewing in his own head about everything (which got them in this mess to start!). Bill should have stayed home and raided the 'rents liquor cabinet and played music too loud on the stereo. And, if he didn't want to do that, he could have at least gone 'hmm, party drugs were a shit way to go about things before, so they're probably still shit' and bowed out.

Not sure ... I like drama but its getting too much. I just hope that Bill is just getting high and having normal fun, no sex or something like that, it would be too mainstream, like - its would have be good again, but one little mistake ...
Also he is becoming a dramaqueen himself. I hope he will grow up again soon and it will not go overdramatic, because I like this story :)

Author's Response: Bill has always been a drama queen because he never had to grow up. He got the world handed to him, thought that was booooring, and wandered off to make his own, shittier world, then complained that it sucked. He's not good at adulting at all. Which is kinda what makes Tom so good for him. If Tom was around, they'd be watching David Attenborough talk about frogs and making dinner and taking care of their dog. But instead...I guess we find out next week.
