To me the counselor was definitly out of order. I never heard a counselor say stuff like that, is it even allowed to advice a student to date a girl, while the student dates a guy? Just wondering :) Great chapter :)

That goddamn counselor was way out of line. Especially about the assault being anywhere near Bill's fault! She has no right counseling anyone with a bias attitude like that. And to even suggest that Tom took advantage of Bill or that Andi confused him or whatever! She is just as bad as Jorg if you ask me.
I grew up with someone in my life like this when I came out, and let me tell you it was the hardest time of my life. I wouldn't change anything because I know it helped shape me into the person I am today, as corny as that sounds. But this person was a complete hazard to my life. So I definitely get that! But damn she just went way over her bounds as a school counselor.
Even if he did date girls again it wouldn't be Cora because she already knows Bill is gay and not really that great with women physically. So that's a lost cause.
I'm sure Oranthiz will help Bill in whatever way he can or at least connect him to someone who can.
I loved the chapter. I'm real excited to see what happens next. And I hope your anniversary is wonderful!

rnThe counselor was very out line. I am very sorry you had someone like that in your life. I am very glad you got away from that person and are still a happy healthy person today. l had someone like that to and I understand what you mean about them shaping who we are today. They definitely have done that.
rnI threw in the Cora phrase becuase she is the one that was most public and recent with Bill. Not only does she know he's gay she's dating Jeremy the junior so definitely a lost cause.
rnWhen Tom brought up Oranthiz I was a little blind sighted. I hope Oranthiz does help Bill.

I really hope Nat went with Geo because her father is a dick and I wouldn't trust him around a sleep pregnant Natalie. Wow what a fucking jerk, and the sad thing is the world is full of 'Jorgs' who'd rather their children followed orders then be happy ! This is just fuxking ridiculous
Either way it was a wonderful chapter even though I was a tad angry at the end. I really enjoyed the dinner scene with Oranthiz and Ryan! It was pretty cool how he was willing to help Bill out. Especially with how crucial this is to his future. I really hope Bill nails this audition!!

Nat definitely needs support and not judgment right now. I wouldn't trust him around her sleeping either. Jorg is in fact based on a real person that I knew in high school. I cut this person out of my life as soon as I was old enough to avoid him. I also didn't let him steal my fire which is why I am still around. This one of the mroe personal stories I have written. Most of the events found within are based on personal experiences I had during my own comig out experience. I was never pregnant but I had a close friend that was pregnant. She unfortunately lost the baby. It is very ridiclous how some parents react to their kids being gay or pregnant but they exist unfortunately.
rnI am glad you liked the chapter even though you were angry at the end. I liked writing the dinner scene with Oranthiz and Ryan. I see them becoming a part of the story more in the future so keep your eyes open for that. I liked Ryan, at first I wasn't sure how this character was going to come out in this story. Jorg is definitely one of the worst characters I have ever written and that's includes a murdering rapist in one of my yet unpublished and unrealized stories which currently only exists in my head. I just read the last chapter and this one. I did not see that coming at all! And I'm so sad for Bill. But thankfully he's got a wonderful support system aside from his parent situation.
I like weddings, it should be a July wedding. That's what I had. July is beautiful for weddings!
Anyways amazing chapter as always. I'm kind of surprised but also happy that Bill isn't completely pushing Tom away. Especially after what he's gone through.

It really helped me get through it and not push away the people I had in my life that I really needed. I love weddings. When I write high school fics it is the one thing I miss. Being able to write a wedding scene and have it be aunthentic. I am still deciding when Nat and Geo should have their wedding but I definitely appreciate the suggestion. A little loud but I appreciate the opinion. I do not think I will kill them but American prisons have their own reptibution for rapists. I haven't found where it was mentioned that their girlfriends broke up with them. I agree that anyone who does this deserves what's coming to them but death is too easy. If they die then it's over. I wanted a sort of detox moment and that was the best way I could get it. I am really anxious for the parents situation too. Nathalie wanting Bill and Tom to be there is a great idea but also could spell diaster. It is definitely going to be interesting. I loved that moment between Bill and Simone.
