Im very proud of Bill's behaviour to be honest.I didn't expected any regrets or this hide moment. After 23 chapters he though deeply about his mom lol step by step but then Tom is doing his shit romantic movement and everything its throwing into the window.

Wow! What a revelation! Very unexpected!
I know Bill probably thinks that what Tom did (the reason why Tom got together with Bill’s mom) is on some level romantic, but to me it screams CREEPY! Very predatory. Even if Tom indeed seriously feels for Bill.
Now I am even more curious where it will all go.

As a reader, it wouldn't necessarily surprise me given what he's currently doing and how he's been acting, so I thought it could be used and still seem... believable and in character without being... too much?
