and i agree with tom, finally someone told bill what it is. they DONT have a future, and axel won't leave his wife. he is really naive. he's so in love that he can't see that he's being used (I know axel loves him but he's being used as a toy in his life, something extra he can have fun with whenever he has the time) and that if they do divorce, he's a homewrecker?! he can't see that


I agree with everything tom says but i can't blame bill. you don't control what you feel and he obviously loves axel so much but it's pathetic. (love is pathetic even though it's beautiful so i'm not being too harsh here am i?) but i wish someone would record bill when he's talking so he could hear himself when he says all those things. cause it's unrealistic and he's just digging himself down in a hole! he should get out.

I do wonder how tom knows about them though?? Am I really that slow? I'm starting to doubt myself here D: has there been anything between the lines that I have overlooked here? cause i've read these chapters over and over, and i haven't been able to find out D: DAYUM

Yes Tom obviously knows Axel a lot better so Bill should listen to him, but Bill is just too in love to see the forest through the trees. And you're right, no matter how much Axel loves Bill, he's using him to get away from his everyday life. Perhaps he doesn't see it that way and perhaps Bill doesn't want to see it, but it is true. Yes, unfortunately we can't decide who we love and you're right, love is often quite pathetic, you're not being harsh :DD I've been in love the same way Bill is and even though my friends all the time told me to forget about him and move on, I didn't. 'Cause I didn't see the guy's cons, I just saw what was good in him. So Bill really can't be blamed, though it might be annoying to his friends. OH-MY-GOD. First I couldn't understand, how Tom could know about Bill and Axel and then, when he said, that he's Axel's brother, my jaw literally dropped. I was sooo not expecting that.
Honestly I'm not very sure how to feel about this chapter, because for the fact, that Bill and Tom have never met each other or seen each other, Tom was being a little too forward by telling Bill all this things about Axel. He practicly came to where Bill works and started insulting their relatonship or whatever. It's pretty obvious that he still suffers from living in Axel's shadow and being constatly the second less important son, but in my opinion, he had no right to come on Bill like this. I would be totally confused if I was in Bill's shoes, and if Tom wants Bill for himself, that was a really bad start, because now Bill hates him for being right about Axel and is gonna blame him for all thoughts and sleepless nights.

I really can't wait to see how this is gonna continue.

I loved to read more about Tom :) It was Bill he saw, right? But does that mean they've met already in the past, or? And I actually hoped not to read about Axel in this chapter, oops :$ And reading about sex between him and Bill is the worst(not that you're not writing it well, because the writing style is good) I just need hot sex between Tom and Bill :$ Even though for Bill to stop seeing Axel will already make me happy. And still think Axel should let Bill go, he can't/doesn't want to leave his wife, so it's not fair to Bill, Axel really is a very selfish person, Bill deserves so much better. And I will not feel sorry for Axel when Bill falls in love with Tom. I just hope it will happen soon, I'm getting impatient, even though we're just in chapter 4, but the weeks go by so slowly that it feels like I've been reading this for years already, even though it's only been four weeks xD I only hope that there aren't alot of AxelxBill sex scenes coming anymore :$ But great chapter :)

Okay I don't know if I understood it right, but Tom knows Bill from somewhere? Like do they know each other from the past or something, or was Tom so blown away by Bill that he was thinking like that? It kinda confuses me.

The things about Axel...well...I know that he's not a single man and that he has to take care of other people too and not just himself, but sacrificing his own happiness for the sake of his family's approval? I don't know. I think I wouldn't be able to do that. People divorce each other on daily basis, so it's not like he would do something sinful and I know, that seeing Bill only once a week gives them the feeling that they are right for each other, but what if Axel really decided to leave her wife for Bill and than they would realize that they have absolutely nothing to talk about everyday and the only thing that works between them is sex. I also don't understand, why would Axel lose his job. It's not like living with someone else would affect his job, is it? I guess I can't understand it, because I've never been in this situation, but I think that Axel sees it way too complicated that it really is, but good for me. I want Bill to be with Tom anyway, so Axel can stay with his family if that's what he wants. :D

Author's Response: Oh yes, it is quite confusing and that's the point. ;) But all in good time, all in good time ;) Yes Axel is perhaps thinking it's too complicated when it really isn't. But he does have a reputation to uphold and in his head, it makes everything more complicated even if it really isn't. You're right, things may not work as well as they do now if Bill and Axel decided to be together publicly, they have quite a huge gap in their ages, so there's perhaps not so much in common. I think Axel isn't that afraid of losing his job that he is of losing his reputation. And perhaps he thinks that if he comes out of the closet he'd lose clients and therefore lose his job. Their family is quite conservative, so he has been raised with certain family values and he values those things no matter what he says and therefore he doesn't realize that the world has changed. In his world, it's not possible to be gay. And a scandal is something he doesn't need and if the word got out that he's cheating his wife with a man, it would surely create one and perhaps just big enough so he'd be forced to leave his job.
