Such a lovely ending. I'm sure that with Tom's tender loving care, even though he will never be able to completely forget, Bill's memories of the rape will fade so he can get on with life. I hope the twins have a happy life together. I've really enjoyed this story. Thank you, love Helen xx
Author's Response: Dear Helen, I am so happy that you liked the ending. I struggled a bot with it but ultimately it felt right to end there (otherwise I might have gone on forever and ever). Thank you so much for reading this story and reviewing, that means as always so much to me. Yes in my mind Bill is able to fight the memories with Toms help. And even if it was a horrible thing to experience, it also brought them together.

Author's Response: Bill is in an emotional unstable situation with the upcoming identification which horrifies him to no end. And he hates violence, because it reminds him of what happend to him. He is just disappointed that his big brother would behave like this even though his judgement isnt exactly fair given the situation. But feelings are never logical. Thanks for reviewing a86;a039;

Not a good time for the twins to have a falling out. I know Bill is all keyed up about identifying his abductor, but he could try and see things from Tom's pov. When he hitthe guard, poor Tom was fraut with worry, not knowing if Bill was alive or dead for hours on end, no wonder he overreacted at that time. Hopefully Bill will soon forgive him and Tom will be back in his brother's good books. Can't wait for the next chapter. Hope you get one of the jobs you interviewed for. Author's Response: Dear Helen, yes you are absolutely right Toms reaction was totally understandable given that he thought that his soulmate had died. Bill is just overwhelmed at the moment and as mentioned he got high expectations regarding himself and the people around him. He is a perfectionist to a fault. Next chapter is in progress, hopefully I can post it before christmas. And thank you for the good wishes, I actually got my dream job! I am so thrilled. I think the Gs are likely to guess that things have changed in the twins' relationship. They've been twin-watching for years and will notice little signs. I really love this story written from Tom's point of view, it works so well.
Author's Response: Thank you so much and I totally agree. They must notice things have changed however for now they think its because of Bills traumatic experience. But it is always difficult to hide when you are in love right? rnI choose Toms POV because he is just so wonderful and I would love to read his diary (not that I think he keeps one)

The talk they had was good, they know about eachother's fears, and about their feelings now :) I already thought it went too fast before Bill said that he's scared. We all know that Bill trusts his brother like no one else, but even sex with someone you trust that much isn't easy after what Bill experienced. One day he is going to be ready for that big step, just not now. And I'm sure that Tom's going to be patient enough for it, he never wants to hurt his brother :) Amazing chapter :)

The reason why I wrote this chapter that way is that I wanted to capture that rush when you realize you are in love and the other person has the same feelings. Its like being on a high and in that moment you feel invincible, like you can do anything. Of course reality gets in the way eventually like it did for Bill
