I have some real problems finding words here... This might be one of the most beautifully written stories I've ever read, and even though I don't read often, I've still read a lot of them. I don't know how to describe why I loved it so much, for being a writer I awfully often lack words when I try to review, but I somehow feel like trying to write you one is better than nothing at all, isn't it?
I loved the way this was described with seasons. I think that's what made it so beautiful to me. The way every new guy made Bill feel and how it was never completely right, except with Tom.. It was beautiful.
Sorry this review is really crappy but just know that if there was a way to list your favourites of your favourites, this one would make that list. I truly loved it, every single word, and I'm so glad I finally took the time to read it.

Holy moly, that was BEAUTIFULLY written! I was actually all braced to read that Bill ended up alone, but I'm so happy that wasn't the case ^^ (Also, the mention of the sock *really* got me ;_;)

I only wish he could have stayed friends with Georg and Gustav. Or maybe some more background information on why he was 'frozen' in the first place?

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I tried to add some backstory through the pictures, but I meant for the story to focus mostly on the change in Bill, so that's why it wasn't so prominent :) I'm glad you liked it anyway!

Oh my god. I'm so messed up from this story. Your emotions were well portrayed throughout, even when Bill was with Georg and Gustav. Gorgeous extended metaphor of Bill being like winter. One of my absolute favorites. Thank you! :)

This was just made of painful emotions and, goodness. I've been holding off on the challenge fics since I am also busily posting them but this one was calling for me. This type of thing is completely up my alley. Really painful and angsty and poetic with a twin-love-pulls-through ending. Felt a lot of things reading this. Trying to not feel as many things right now. Really nice job.
