This broke my heart at the beginning but then healed so beautifully at the end. And seriously. That description of Tom with his hair down... I am dying!!!! I would loooove to see him like that. Plus, when he started crying I couldn't help crying along with him. I almost hated Bill for a moment there (but I'd never actually hate him so yeah). The adorable sleepy mumbling won me back. And the fact that he only proposed that option out of guilt and self doubt. They never stopped loving each other and GAHHHH!!!! I'm a hopeless sap.

Ahh! Why can't we fight about us. The way you used that phrase really worked for the story. I loved the emotions throughout. :3 And the fact that Tom wasn't just a tough guy. So pleased they both decided to fight for their marriage. Tom crying was heartbreaking, and Bill being willing to get a divorce so Tom could be happy again was so touching. Left me really hoping they make it work. Lovely story.

I really loved it.
It tore my hearts to pieces that Bill suggested they getting divorced... It is really hard, sometimes, to work out a relationship that had already fallen apart, but I'm glad they did.
