Good story. I only read it cuz you're the author, so it was good, but this didn't feel like Bill and Tom at all IMO. Sometimes I buy Bill as a girl, the genderbend works, but here he's actually a girl and not Bill, IMO. Same with Tom. I'm not feeling Tom. I also HATE pregnant stories..... it's just a personal thing, it's one of the biggest nightmares of my life, so that added another OMG NO NO NO NO factor to it... lol. Sorry, I was really hoping that the surprise Billy was going to spring on Tom was that she was actually a boy, lol, of course, that was a short-lived wish. lol. So anyway....... this was a good fic, it was totally depressing, even though your characters have hope, but IMO completely unrelated to TH. Oops. :P
Author's Response: Thanks for reading, despite not being your thing! I have to admit, I didn't really write this as Bill and Tom in my head, I just filled them in with Bill and Tom because I've forgotten how to write anyone else. Sorry it was so bleak, sometimes I'm hit with the urge to write the darker side of things.

I actually love this. So much feels and it's intense. Heartbreaking, yes. Full of hope, yes. I don't know but this reminds me of a novel called The Road... Thanks for writing this! :D

How awful it must feel when you don't know how the father's going to act when you tell him you're pregnant. I imagine it just like you portrayed Bill in this story. And what a dream for someone to find a man like Tom to be so understanding and kind. So happy they had each other and I'm sure their futures will be much brighter no matter where they go. Loved this Em. :)

Alright, I was kinda like "really? Het?" at first and the thought of Bill as a girl threw me off a little. I've read stories with him genderswapped and they scarred me. However, YOU are the author so I gave it a chance anyway and I'm so glad I did. It definitely has a different feel to it but I love it. You still had the underlying essence of Bill and Tom and how they are together and that's what made this awesome. And your lovely writing skillz ;)

The first chapter was really good! Tom was so sweet for Bill, especially when she was little scared :) This sounds interesting, and I'll be waiting the second chapter. I like your writing style! I liked it when Bill noticed the woman and her childs :) (My English can be pretty bad, so I hope you understand me. :/
