Oooh this is very cute! I really like Bill's character and I'm very interested in his supposedly troublesome ways. It seems to me like he must be very bored with castle life, and his eagerness to take care of Tom is incredibly endearing. And also again, I just looove period fics. Onto the next!!

It's been a long time since I read something you wrote... But like you my life has been a bit hectic lately.
But about this prologue....
Tom.... a big, muscular, tanned warrior. Okay I'm already hooked!
Just throw a beautiful, graceful (and non-warrior?? Are looks deceiving or do you stick with the "feminine" Bill you often made?) Bill coming from a (ennemy) country who just happened to save said warrior.
I see a wonderful and problematic romance coming.... but that's what will make it all the most pleasant.
Let's see what you'll make of it. A bit of drama, a lot of impeded love, just the right amount of futur sex....
I'm sure to be here for the next chapter.
But did you kill Georg? Is Tom a mere captain or a prince in charge of soldiers for a king's training? Will you develop the politics and explain the war Tom and his soldiers fight for? Is there magic in this universe or is it just historical?

Author's Response: omg! kikiiiiii! *tackles you* er, i mean...good to see you. *shakes your hand* actually, i can't even blame a hectic life. once i get home from work i'm just a lazy bum. hopefully a new story will make me less of a couch potato. to answer your questions, no, bill is not a knight/soldier/whatever. and he's not really tom's enemy, per se. that will be explained though. there will be some backstory about the country they all live in and stuff, so it's not just "boy meets boy and they fall in love." and noooo, no dead geo. i promise you won't miss the person who does die. oh, and tom is just the captain of his clan's army. nothing princely about him. lol no, no magic either. just historical stuff.
