My parents ugh they blow eveything out of porportion. They want us to have this perfect rlation ship which aint gonna happen. Yeah she is pretty cool. She lived really near me. And this band (the wanted if you ever heard of them) one of them lives near me but yeah
Author's Response: That sucks...my dad can do that, but then it's really just funny, you know? I gotta agree with that...they just don't see how kids fight. Cool. Are they still a band then? I thought they broke up...

And the answer to your question no we didnt we cracked one and we kind of moved it. I cant explain hiw weird it was. Have you ever heard if a singer called pixie lott? Cos she lives in petts wood (my 'subtown';))
Author's Response: Hehe, i thought so:)rnWhy was it such a big deal? It doesn't sound so bad to me...like something my siblings would do all the time. rnYeah, she did a colab with me favourite rapper:) I see, cool.

The story makes me and my friend look so bad. So my friend and I were just over a years age difference. I'm December 6th 1998 and she's January 5th 2000. And we get on so well together, my sisters three years younger than us. she always wanted to join in our 'games' and I would always try to avoid her playing with us. I think at this point there was only 3 of us. (There were 6 of us and 4 of us were more my age than hers but she had this one friend who was her age. Anyway Idk why weren't with them) anyway we were in my friends playroom (I was 14 she was 13 and my sister was 9 nearly 10.) and I had been away for the week with my confirmation class. And I didn't wanna hang out with either my sister or my friend. But my parents made me go. I invented this game, sleeping wombats. And the principles were the same as those of sleeping lions except that you hung upside down. No one ever wanted to be the 'waker upper' and it was my turn. And my friend woke up, but my sister didn't. And it was about 25 minutes into the game and I was so frustrated (I'm not always patient) and my friend and I sat on her. She woke up, but we had done something to her ribs. And anyway we were like saying oh sorry, but the vegas rule was in this room so you can't tell my mum and dad. We went home and she told of me. And that night was the worst one of my life, I don't think anything could ever top that. It made me hate my dad for the first time. They never even listened when I explained that it was an accident. The shit they did to me. I don't think I can ever forgive and forget that. But yeah, it changed me. I grew up. And I'm counting down the days till I'm 18 and I can move in with my nan. (661 days) but I don't think I'll move right away. But I will at some point. And my friend and I just stopped speaking, other things became center in my life (At the time it was one direction but the least said about that the better)
Hmm I guess thats a point, in my town (Bromley) no one really knows anyone (That may just be because I don't go to school there, but in my 'sub-town'I like to think I know mostly everyone.)
I know the whole social work its bad, my uncle was a social worker but he changed jobs to a teacher cos he didn't like it. But I think I would like to do it. Tbh I change what I want to do so often so I may have a different idea this time next week. Who knows? :)
Oh that sounds really cool. I'd love to learn about that. It sounds way better than business.
-Catherine :)
Author's Response: I'm confused, did you sit on her and break her ribs? What did they do to you? rnrnSubtown, haha. I like that. rnrnKeep me updated, lol. I love to hear about plans and jobs and such, it's quite interesting. rnrnUpdated Lyttelton Leaning...it had finally come to an end:) rnrnxoxo

Oh, Lol :). I don't know how to describe it. I mean I'm the eldest of two and my parents brought the house I live in 5 months before I was born. I guess it's nice. I have this friend and we used to play out together, we live off the back of a wood and we have tiny gardens so we used to go to the park when I was like 9. We used to do EVERYTHING together, we were in the same ballet class, swimming class and brownies and guides. We didn't go to the same school but we spent all the rest of the time together. We're friends still, but there was a little accident two or three years ago involving my sister and we got blamed and we kind of grew up a little we didn't speak for about two years but we talk quite a lot now. So I guess the social side of it is nice, you have friends that you have known for your whole life. It's also nice because my grandad died when I was a year and a half but he used to come over everyday from the day I was born till the day he was taken into the hospital to look after me. It's really sweet cos my friends mums used to tell me how nice he was and all the stuff my family didn't tell me. SO yeah it's nice. Is it nice like to keep moving. Thats the only thing everybody knows everybodys like business. And my roads not what you would 'private' so we gossip A LOT. Its gets like a little claustrophobic at times. I do want to go to uni, I change what I wanna study ever few weeks at the moment I wanna be a social worker and I want to go to Bath Uni (If you've ever heard of it. Its a Russel group uni so it's so hard to get in but I can always dream.) Business is like how to run a business. I like it because I do nothing which is always fun. Except the teacher is annoying. Whats music business and music law? Are they fun? And yay, I will go read them :)
Author's Response: Woah, that sounds amazing. I've never had the same friends for long, actually. Right now I am trying, since I don't think we'll move again, which is nice. I actually have two best friends for the first time ever:) What did you do to your sister? ^^ It couldn't have been that bad. rnrnThat's amazing. I lived with my granddad for a summer, and it was the best summer of my life. We also used to see him weekly for about a year, and it was amazing...really, it gave me the best memories of him. rnrnOh, haha. That's especially true if you move a lot because people tend to try to keep more of an eye on you and know your business faster than they would otherwise. Now I live in a town (Lyttelton) where literally every single person has met every other person and everybody is honking, and carpooling, and trading jams and such...it's so funny. rnrnSocial worker? Cool! My aunt is one, but it's really hard because she works with disadvantaged kids (drugs, teen moms, etc...) and she gets really upset because the system is so bad. rnrnNICE:) Music business and law is knowing all the contracts, loop holes, lawyers, court rulings, ways to operate a record company, who to connect with for record deals, what kind of 360 degree deals will kill you and which are okay. It's really complicated, but if you want you can email me and I can explain it better or you can ask a specific question::) rnrnYep. Both of 'em for once, haha.

Oh wo you moved a loy. Ive lived in the same house just outside of london since I was born! GCSE stand for general certifcate of secondary eduction. You take them when ur 15/16 and in year 11. We then go onto either colleg or sixth form. In sixth form you do a levels which are like arw final exams before we go ti uni vut you dont have to go to uni if we take a levels its just ann option. I like english language history and business. And to an extent German. Maths and sciene are my worst subjecta they just dont 'click'
Author's Response: Yeah, I have. I am an expat kid, haha. I speak like five languages and I can sleep in a hotel as well as I can sleep on the floor or my own bedxD Woah, I always wondered what it would be like to grow up in one place. Is it nice? I see. I hope you do well. Do you want to go to Uni? What is business about? I only know about music business and music law. I took a uni class on it pre band. rnrnLyttelton Leaning and ZS&LP have updated^^

Ummm whyoming Ive been there twice. Once when I was 3 and again when I was 9. Mm McDonals is good. Well I like ot most out of fast food chains. Yeah I passed but I can do better so I have it b4 school tomorrow! Woow uni classes. Im like just passing GCSE classes. Except biology and chemistry Im failing them! Do you have a favorite class?
Author's Response: Yeah, that's about three states away from mine:) I am from Bloomington, Indiana. Then I moved to Indianapolis, which is the capital. I lived there until I was nine, when I moved to Africa and that's the place where my village (and my city) had no McDonalds, and then back to Indianapolis for a year and then I moved to New Zealand 2 years ago. I lived in the city for a few months, then in two different houses in the country. I have also been to many countries in Europe:) GCSE? I don't know what that is. Yeah, i like maths and sciences, and English. You?

Woah a uni class? Mmm McDonalds. I remember they do! We were at a train station and my mum bribed me to quit moaning with a McDonalds ;). I had one (or four!) when I went to America and one on our trip to Germany. And on our ski trip to Austia. I just really like McDonalds and my instructing exam was with an extra curriclar actiivty and we have to pass an exam in order ti teach the other years and I failed my german(!) no thats a lie. I passed but I (optionally) chose to retake it tomorrow b4 school!
Author's Response: Yeah, all my classes are either uni, elective, or high school ap. I hate McDonalds, haha...I just don't understand how people eat it. Yeah, America is covered it them. Which part of the states were you in? I lived in the Mid West:) I am glad you passed...you scared me for a second! I am glad to hear that you will retake it:) Please do well^^

Aww shitt. French? Well if I ever go to France again (highly unlikey we had a distorus camping trip last year) I can now order chicken. I wonder f they have McDonalds. I have like three exams :( my instructing exam was about a hour afo (I PASSED:)) my German is tomorrow and so is my food tech. Good luck with yours. I bet you'll do well. Is that like geography? (I dont take geography I take history so sorry if its a completely different topic XD)
Author's Response: Yeah, french. My friend is teaching me, a little bit. I took it for about three years, so it's not completely new, and it's coming back as I study which is great. Yeah, they do. Every place does, really. Even Kenya where I used to live, though not in my village. Instructing exam? Well, good luck and thank you! It's not at all like geography. It's a uni class on sustainable farming and natural living.

Another great chapter; I'm glad they were open about their feelings for each other :)
I really hope Tom's parents will be okay with this-- it seems like the last thing that Bill needs is to be rejected again.
Author's Response: Thank you very much Ceci:) I am glad they did too, it means there is a lot less match making for me:)rnrnI think they will, though they might be a little surprised. I am trying to get over writing a lot of intense angst in this, so nothing will be too sad. I am kinda a writer who raises awareness for causes I believe in, and so a lot of my work is filled with triggers and warnings. This one is really just for me.rnrn:)

Ok! I'm starting to legitimately read the story now! My homework is done so I can do it without that heavy weight of guilt on my shoulder. Tom seems like a super nice and sweet guy. I love that he tells his friends that he loves him. And he's not judgmental which is a plus in my book as well. He'll probably love that Bill is German as well. I mean, I'm assuming he's German even if Tom thought he sounded French. European...close Tom, close. I'll read the next chapter tomorrow after my homework again ;)
Author's Response: I am glad! I know the feeling, haha. I am taking a bunch of online college courses, and when I write emails and take lectures at the same time I feel so bad. He is, I think. He is the typical kiwi nice guy, in my opinion, and would fir right in with us:) I think it's a plus in everyone's books, love. I might spoil it, but yeah, he is German despite Tom'd inability to tell by accent-We'll blame that on being an ex-pat kid. rnrnLooking forward to seeing you then!

Aelwww Tomi your so cute! Be good to Bill. There so cute :) :). Mmmm Skittles are gooood ;). Better run as I am supposed to have learnt my paragraphs for my German exam tomorrow so I really had better do that
Author's Response: Yes, yes he is. He will, I know he will. they are so cute, non? BTW, I am learning French so if you want practice I would love it! I remembered how to order chicken, by the way. It is La Poulet, se vou ple (I have no idea how to spell it...I kinda speak alight, but write awfully as my friend Johan can attest to). rnrnI hope you do well! I have an agroforestry exam in about 12 hours...I am scared>.<
Date: 02/08/15 02:05 pm Title: Totally Drunkenly
I read all four chapters and I must say that I love this. It's so realistic. I kind of figured that either Bill was being abused by a parent or a partner. Tom fell for Bill in one day that's the charm our Billa has on people. It's so weird to think that Bill was drunk and called Tom cute.
I feel like Andy is a little jealous of something just the way he's acting seems a little suspicious but it's early in the story so I'll calm my brain and wait. I've been to a club once in my life and then I decided to just not anymore. It was weird to see all these people having fun and I'm just oh what do I do?
I'm really excited to see how this story pans out and I really excited to see how Tomi and Billa's relationship pan out. I'm glad I inspired your fluff. I'm just a little bad influence.
Author's Response: Woah, that is devotion! They are so long, haha. I am very glad you liked it. It's set in my town, so I am trying to keep it real to life without occidentally putting one of my neighbours in by name, haha. Yeah, it seems to be a reoccurring theme with me...I don't know why. Why is that weird? rnrnYeah, maybe, but I don't think he'll want to do anything to hurt them. He has been friends with Tom for so long that it doesn't seem likely, and he isn't like Shyne. He is a Kiwi, and generally we have open minds:) I have been to bars, but never to clubs...sorry if it was way off, haha. It doesn't seem like my kind of place either, honestly. rnrnI am too! You are so bad, very nasty influence you naughty girl...too bad I can be quite nasty too;)
Date: 02/08/15 01:09 pm Title: Good Night, Moko
Tom isso cute ! He is so sensitive ! I hope his friends won't let him if the get to know .
And what about Bill. He seems so hurt. It's clearly not with his parents but they accept to move in this town because of that so it must have been very serious.
I really enjoy reading this story.
Author's Response: Yeah, he is! Won't let him what? rnI think he is learning to heal himself, and Tom and his friends can help. When you hurt you really want your friends around you. rnI am so very pleased that you like it!

Awww poor Bill :(
Author's Response: Yes, indeed.
Date: 02/08/15 07:14 am Title: Totally Drunkenly
Cute, sweet, wonderful!
Author's Response: I am glad you like it!
Date: 02/08/15 04:16 am Title: Totally Drunkenly
Aww poor Bill :(
I'm glad he had the courage to tell Tom though; hopefully he won't be alone anymore.
And it seems as though their relationship might be advancing...?
Author's Response: Yes, indeed. I am glad he did too, otherwise they might not have really gotten on for long. I think so;) But they're drunk, so I don't know...
Date: 02/07/15 11:30 pm Title: Coffee Dates
Ok, so I haven't read allll the story yet because I've been skimming things lately BUT I'm going to, I promise! I got distracted by the ideas for a story starting with a Z so I figured I'd comment on that first haha
I was thinking "Zebra Stripes and Leopard Print" would be a cute title for a High School slash fic but no idea after that. Or maybe a fashion designer-y kind of story. But the word "zealous" is always fun, too. Anyway, I feel you on the letter Z. It's very exciting. What a zany idea....hehe...oh god I need to go to bed before I lose my mind or write more silly things. Good job though! I'll read the story properly tmr :)
Author's Response: /Screams/ Skimmer! Ahhh /runs for the hills/. I guess I will have to forgive you though, since you did inspire me and are a friend...but for no one else will this offence be forgiven. :)rnrnOh, good one! I was thinking something like Zany Zygotes or something crackish, but I love the high school idea! Do you mind if I use it, or would you rather? The word Zealous is too religious in my mind, I don't know why...If I use it I know it will turn into a very atheist story, and I don't want to offend anyone...rnrnLove you:)
Date: 02/07/15 02:25 pm Title: Coffee Dates
This is easily becoming one of my favourite stories on the site :)
I wonder how Bill will react to Tom's question? I'm actually kind of hoping that he will be as honest as possible; it seems like it would be best for him just to explain as much as he's comfortable to Tom but I can imagine him holding back, as well. After all, it can't be particularly easy for him to place his trust in someone whom he has recently met after what happened to him before.
Author's Response: I am so very glad to hear that. I always wanted to be someone's favourite, haha. It means a lot. rnrnI wonder too...Maybe he will tell him, since he wants to be friends and all. I think he will be honest, but he might not tell the whole truth...yet. He needs more time to think, and work out his issues. This is actually the happiest story I have ever written, haha. He has trust issues, yes. You're right:)
Date: 02/06/15 02:04 am Title: Good Night, Moko
Mmmm not sure. What ever it was I doubt it was nice
Author's Response: I somehow doubt it as well...nice doesn't seem to happen for my characters, haha.
