Mwahaha!!! That was so awesome!!! X-D Bill high as a kite and Gustav being the care-bear we all love with sidekick Georg the hyena cackling at the display. I was giggling my way through this! Poor Tom. Can't be easy at all times being brother to Bill, can it? X-D Was a very cute ending with Gustav just melting all overt the place letting Bill do whatever to him in the backseat... which brings my mind to way naughter things. This was very sweet, and I just had to leave a review because I just got my teeth taken out as well lol! Georg and Gustav are very good friends to accompany Bill to get his teeth out. Fortunately for me I was not that amusing coming out of anesthesia, I was pretty much coherent and knew not to say anything I'd regret lol. I liked your descriptions for Gustav btw, "his rugby worthy neck" is a great line.

I just have an overbite, but other than that I have never had a reason to have teeth out, so this is just based on watching other people.
