Oh wow, I could feel the sexual tension in that kitchen from here! As much as I would have loved to see a kiss, I'm glad there wasn't one because I think it's way too soon. They need to get to know each other again and jumping right in isn't going to help matters. That's why you're such a great writer! You are great at pacing things! :D
I really hope Bill will be able to answer every single one of Tom's questions sooner rather than later and I hope he actually lets Tom ask them sooner rather than later. Not only for Tom's sake but for mine too because I am so intrigued and need to know as well lol
I am definitely excited about this new story of yours! You always end it with me wanting more and more and I really cannot wait for what you have in store for us.

If there's one thing that makes me lose interest in a story fast, it's when the two main characters immediately jump into bed with each other. I like it to build.

Sooo much ( sexual) tension xD and that "all of me has grown" didn't really help either.
I'm so glad to see the second chapter :') , for a moment I thought this wasn't happening >.<
But yeah, tume to bet now, I say two weeks before they fall into each other's arm lol
Even less if Bill continues to be such a tease xD
Also i'm curious about whether Bill chose to not have any contact with Tom, I mean he could have been in the middle of nowhere or maybe something with his parents being strict? Who knows eh.

Oh my god, I thought Bill was actually going to kiss Tom :'( but I know it'll happen... they both WANT it, I just know it. :)
Tom's memories of their first kiss are so sweet! but it is kinda sad that he doesn't want to allow himself to remember his past; I understand though... I mean, sometimes it's just better to push away the thoughts that bring you down.
Anyway, I just hope things get better for Tom, he's so sweet.

As soon as I saw your first update I knew I'd be hooked. And I totally am. Unfortunately (for me at least lol).
