I really feel Bills pain. Its not easy to cover up trauma. Its embarassing and frustrating. I hate this dad so much and I can't wait for him to be found out so he can get the shit beat out of him. What a massive pervert. Anyways, thoughts on the chapters are that they are very well written and show a lot of hard work and skill. Great story! Please post soon!

Ah Tom is so sweet! I'm glad he's not forcing Bill because that wouldn't work, but he's letting Bill know that he's there for him if he wants to talk. I think this is the first time that Bill has probably felt like someone might care about him. It must be a strange feeling, but it will be good for him.

It's sad that Jorg can still terrorize Bill when he's in another country. But Gordon should definitely be concerned and now he seems to know that Jorg might have something to do with Bill's behavior. And Tom is adorably concerned too. I like his sweet he has been. Great job as always!

Thanks for the new chapter !! I enjoyed reading it. I love this safe cocoon Tom's family represents for Bill, and how he's constantly surprised by the kindness he gets from this family.
So far, everything seemed to fit perfectly, to be very coherent to me, except when Bill says "Too soon". It is indeed too soon for Bill to talk, but if these events were for real, Bill wouldn't be able to think about telling his secret to these strangers, not now, not ever. Victims have strong reasons not to talk, or else they would.
And thank you for your response. I'm 30 years old, I spent about 9 years in therapy, I met some very nice people (like your Bill character), so I'm alright now.
Hope to read more chapters soon.
Author's Response: You are completely right, victims of abuse often go out of their way to cover up their secrets. I guess I was moving a bit too hastily on that part. I've actually removed the "too soon" part, because I read it over and realized it would be better to leave it out. Thank you for your honesty! And thank you for reviewing my story! :)

I love this story !! It touches me in a very personal manner.
As a teenager, I was pretty much like this Bill character. My self-esteem was extremely low, I couldn't look people in this eyes, I couldn't speak, I hid my face behind my hair... I was being abused by my parents, and I couldn't accept this fact, so I thought I was just some freak, that it was just me, that I was born this way, and I hated myself for it.
All this to say: please, I'd like to read more of this story, I would deeply appreciate if you could post some new chapters !! Your writing style is also pretty good, and I love your Tom character just as much as your Bill character.
