My heart broke for him. I usually try not to drink water during the day to avoid going to the bathroom during work but the. I totally forget that coffee is liquid and I go like five times. Poor Tom.

maybe those two months wouldn't be that bad with Bill as Tom thinks.maybe they actually become friends? also why Tom needs someone to change his diapers, can't he do it by his own?
Author's Response: I briefly mentioned that in chapter one, but maybe I didn't explain it well. Basically he has a hard time doing them up right on his own, and they would end up falling down or leaking, so he needs help. It's probably not that realistic of an excuse, but I guess i wanted to make things a little harder for Tom. Thanks for reviewing!

Hi again! This Chapter was amazingly written and I can tell just how much effort you’ve put into making it this good.
Just from first glance of Bill’s thoughts, I think he’s the type of person to be understanding of Tom’s condition if he were to ever find out about it. I simply think that because when Bill found out Tom had been assigned to be his partner for the Science project, he didn’t act like I’d initially expect. I thought he would’ve been dreading it, I honestly thought he’d hate Tom for the way he’s treated him. Yet he doesn’t, because Tom intrigues him and I get the impression that Bill really wants to work Tom out. And I think he will in the end, much to Tom’s embarrassment of course.
Tom, again my heart broke for him and the situation he was put in. I could never imagine going through the humiliation Tom must be going through in this. The whole diaper changing scene with Nurse Natalie was written so well that I even felt awkward just reading it and at one point, my cheeks were burning up for him. It’s amazing that you’ve got that effect on me though.
You’re really taking this story in an amazing direction, especially with Bill and Tom being partners for the project. I think during their one-on-one time, Bill will discover the changing mat under Tom’s bed or see a wet diaper in the bin and realise Tom has no young siblings, or something, which in the end will edge Bill closer to finding out about Tom’s secret.
Again, this was beautifully written, you’ve managed to tug at my heartstrings throughout the first and this Chapter and really, I’m just so excited for this story to build up from here. I consider this one of my faves of all time on here right now and I hope you don’t leave me waiting TOO long for another update.

Hi! I've never read a story in this certain context before so I'm really excited.
Firstly why I'm looking forward to this is because his behavior has been explained with legit reasons and I accept the reasons to why Tom is colder, harsher and closed off - which you should give yourself a medal for, because that’s rare with me. Usually in stories where Tom is cold, isolates himself and bullies Bill, there's an explanation to why that's happening, yet I've never thought it was a good enough excuse for the behavior. For example, he's gay himself and is bullying Bill in a defense mechanism. Or because his friends 'expect' him to act in such way, basically to live up to his image and fulfill his reputation rightfully. Also, to why he's cold and isolates himself there's reasoning of mental problems from a traumatic past. Or maybe because of his harsh upbringing and the need to hate on society because of that, etc.
But this is on another level completely, you’ve literally blown my mind; it’s more plausible and realistic, I just love it so much.
You've literally explained in such depth what happened back then (the crash and how he was affected by it) and what's happening now in his life (isolating himself because he’s scared people will realise the actual truth behind his behavior). You’ve gone into detail on how he acts at school with his peers - pushing them aside, keeping them out of his way entirely so nobody will realise he HAS to wear diapers, to how he is at home - his mother changing him and the amount of embarrassment and shame he feels for it. It actually broke my heart, because I believe in your writing and you’ve made me feel for Tom.
This is a perfect start, I adore this and I’m honestly hooked right now. I really hope you keep on at this story and never give up until the end. I'll be adding this to my favorites right now.

I cannot stop feeling sorry for Tom. Poor guy. His situation is tougher because he is a teenager. I think you are getting really well at his emotions.
