Everything about this story was awesome- the pairings, the writing style, the plot... Everything!
Although I've never really been into history, I find the specific aspect of it very interesting; it reveals so much about the human psyche. Since a friend of mine gave me a book set in these times ("Sashenka" by Simon Montefiore, if you're interested), I've been looking into it a lot. Unfortunately, not many fiction writers venture into this era- I guess because of the political undertone.
So yeah, that was a very cool story :3
Author's Response: Yay! I'm so glad you picked up what I was trying to do with the political content in this story. It's not about having a political message, but revealing character by showing what these people might do in certain political circumstances. Also, well, WW1 is a pretty interesting time and important period, and it surprises me that it gets so much less attention than WW2. Thanks for suggesting the book. I'll look it up.

HOLY HELL! o.O That is one HELL of a start on a fic. Shit. I really enjoy the way you wrote this. I like reading fic written this way. Have a flow to your words that I enjoy.
My favorite two pairings no less. Glad to see Biostav is the main pairing. It's one of my favorite pairings. :-)
I truly and sincerily hope you'll continue this fic. It has SO much potential, and I am really really curious as to your future plans for it.
