Author's Response: Thank you for so many responses x3 now that you mentioned Tom sharing Halo with Bill it's got me thinking xD rnrnBill's rush is simply that he doesn't want to put Tom in the spotlight (he's protective) although why will be explained later on ;) the neutral zone stops any humans with malicious intent coming in so he can focus on his other exploits (both legal and illegal) without interference, he wants to avoid killing humans xD
