I like your imagination. You aren't half bad at writing in general.
My one concern so far is that the sequence is very choppy. It would be okay if it just skipped to different scenes, but I think you are missing something. A little bit of the concept is lost in the transition at certain parts.
I think you have this idea of what you want to sound like, and you're kind of grasping around for something that you want to convey, but it doesn't completely come across.
But I'll keep reading, because It's got me interested. Just wanted to let you know how I'm feeling about your writing.

I'm beginning to like Tom a lot more now he's admitted his feelings for Bill.
I liked this chapter, it was nice to see the interaction between Bill and Tom. And I agree, it does give you a good insight into thier thoughts. It was nice to see the sweeter side of Tom. I really hope he gets out of there soon, and that he does say what Anthony's been doing to him. I hate that guy and I really want to see him getting what he deserves.
I can't believe that Bill's dad is going to confess... Is he planning something? Hmm, I hope he's not. It's about time that Bill had some happiness, and I hope his father does realise what he's been doing is wrong.
I liked the inclusion of Tom having to "bleed for his rights." It was a good parallel to what Bill's been/going through.
Looking forward to the next chappie already honey ♥
