Ah I feel so badly for both Bill and Tom, especially poor Bill. He just seems so fragile. I wonder if "partner" means that it must be a woman or if it can be a male...vague wording. The system is so interesting...this is not going to go well for these boys. Update soon! I'm loving this story!

Aw that's so sweet. The system seems so horrible, preventing twins from being with each other. I'd love to learn more about it and meet some other people in this city?world?. It sounds like the government exercises some really strict control, though I don't know if they control the weather as well...probably...such an interesting concept!
