I'm so late to review this and maybe I already have before, but I love this story. I always seem to find it while aimlessly searching the website. And everytime, I want to cry (in a good way). It's just so sad. Bill probably would survive, but his soul is broken. His whole being is crushed, and that's what is so devastating. And yet, the way this is written is so beautiful. I don't think words of review do it justice. But you took my breath away every time I read it.
