I love the crazy Bill idea, his image kind of fits it.. Dark hair, dark eyes, dark makeup and kind of a creepy (but sexy) look.

Creepy creepy song. Not gonna lie, though, nurses and staff can get really irritating after a while so I'm not surprised Bill is now f***ing with them just to throw them off...along with being a little crazy. Nothing against nurses or doctors, of course! Just from a mental patient standpoint...well, you're tired of being bossed around, and the staff is exhausted from working and having people not listen. *Sigh* So creepy smile time for entertainment. Good call. I have a feeling Tom will not be fooled.
