Oh man this was really good! I know this is old and you probably won't update it but i'm on a bit of a binge-read of your stories right now and i always review, so here i am. I'm interested to read the next part to see where this story (was) going.

I read the both prologue and ch.1 in a row and yes, like many have probably pointed out, your writing style is very interesting and poetic. No light and easy to read by no means, but in a good way, in a way that I had to slow down and suck in all little nuancies the words cave me. It's very nice and unique. Like scenmes flow like in a mist, in a book from other worlds and not this one we aree live in. :)
And the story sounds interesting. I look forward to see where it is going.

Bumbumbuuuuum. Hmm. Interesting chapter. I really like this story so far, but I do want to give you a bit of concrit, you need to be careful with all the descriptive words. I understand wanting to describe and set the scene, but you are kind of bogging down the reading, and it doesn't seem to flow together well.
Keep up the nice work, I look forward to seeing the next chapter.

Oh Bill.. Run away love!!!! I know you feel like you want to know him but run away...NOW!!!! I understand how Bill feels. I was adopted and don't know my biological father, I know my Mom but not him. I wonder about him but have never wanted to know badly enough to find him. I probably never will. Sometimes things are better left alone. Unfortunately for Bill this is one of those times. Oh Tom.. please stay close to Bill...please.

I think this was an interesting beginning. I do feel like if the next chapter is going to jump 17 years into the future it might have been nice seeing Simone make the decision to leave him at an orphange, or see CPS come and take him away.
