.... OR create drama about Georg being drunk and gets all over Bill, in the middle of everything with pictures got leaked. He kisses him and Bill feel all the feeling coming back at him. Since he's love blind he just let go and, Georg & Bill end up having sex (since this is a Georg/Bill) fic, lol.
Sebastian then turned and Bill and him are fighting, calling Bill a cheater and yeah.. You can figure out something, haha, just some ideas that came in mind ^^

And to help you with a plot or so, you can start add some drama in this, where pictures of Bill & Sebastian being intimate/close/together got leaked and just simply shake the whole thing up ^^

I really love how they behave to each other and I'm still happy Bill found Sebastian, he's so sympathetic! I'm not good in giving any ideas, but I really hope that there are no more interruptions with Georg and I would love to read that Bill and Sebastian are going into public! I don't know if it would be too much dramatic stuff if some paparazzis would make them go public, but I like the idea of them being official before the story ends. I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

I have to admit: I was wondering about the whole Bill/Georg plot. I was worried you had completely abandoned it. Not that I don't like Bill/Sebastian. I just really wish Bill would ask for his permission to do it with Georg... I'm definitely interested to see how things will go from here.

I sat down read this and one sitting, and I really enjoyed it. But, I will be honest, I think the plot is starting to drag a little bit. There's a lot of chapters and it feels as though it's taking a long time to develop the plot.
Just a little constructive criticism. I hope you don't take this too harshly. It's still a good story! Bill and Sebastian are adorable. I'm torn because I also like Bill and Georg together too. I'm curious as to where you will take this. :)
