OOOO that's so cute. I'm glad Bill will start to be treated properly rather than being emotionally and physically battered by his coworkers...although I suspect they will still do it when Tom isn't around. The poor thing.

I love the style this is written in. Memoir at the beginning of the chapter, then emersion in the 'past.' Fantastic.

Oh, poor Bill... I felt so bad for him over this cake. He put so much effort and himself into this cake and some stupid evil people destroyed it. In a way, losing this cake was worse than the punishment.
I wonder where Thomas was when away from the estate.

What horrible people! I can't believe the other servants were so cruel to Bill because I can't imagine someone not liking him. His character is so sweet and so adorable! I wonder why Tom was actually away...maybe because he plays for the other team? I'm curious...hmmm...I love how well written your story is, too, and I can't wait for the next chapter :)
