Like your fic very much. All these ‘servant-master’ stories with a ‘historical’ air about them are definitely my theme)) It’s cool that Tom and Bill’s romance is rather slow-evolving. Not like plenty of ‘meet, fall for each other, have sex after two chapters’ stuff that I read)) Oh, and sort-of epigraphs in the beginning of each chapter are good.
Timing is bothering me, though. Precisely, language. Servants, masters, ‘his lordship’, carriages, horses and so on… good. But ‘OK’ and ‘gay’ are too novel words for this period. (Yeah, being too meticulous, I know=)) So, when does it take place? Or is it some fictional land and fictional time?..))

Oh goodness, so I have no idea why Tom was away. It was either because he likes boys or potentially has a drinking problem...although that's only been one night...so that's not necessarily a problem since we've probably ALL been there. I'm nervous for Bill, though, because it's hard to see how things will turn out well in the end given the situation. it's going to be a bumpy ride!
And you don't ramble so no worries. You're probably just "in the zone" when you're writing your chapters. A happy muse :)

Wonderful chapter. One thing...when Bill was following Tom, it should've been subservient manner not subseervient manor. Small mistake, but I thought i'd point it out. Other than that, it was great.
Why do I feel like Tom didn't leave something at the store, but bought Bill a little sparkley thing? That, or he got himself some drugs.
What was up with his violent outburst?...
