I find it interesting when things like this happen to Bill cause its worrying but interesting at the same time...not that you need to do it more often because if you do it more often it won't last as long, and i hate when a story ends cause then i'm like "well what do i do now?" but you did have a few chapters in a row earlier that didn't have any drama like this and it was a bit boring at times, but then something like this happens and everything is once again right with the world :)
Author's Response: Haha, yeah I agree that some of the less dramatic chapters can get boring, but they're necessary to make the story seem more realistic, otherwise it would just be Bill getting sick every chapter. Thank you so much for reviewing!

Actually this story has been viewed by over 2000 readers or at least 2000 views anyway... I don't think you have much to worry about in that respect. Your good at writing and anyone can see that. Don't get discuraged if people don't review every chapter. A lot of times with stories like this one I won't review unless I feel strongly about something. sometimes stories with main character death are difficult for me but i usually see them through. So, keep going and don't worry about who keeps reading and who doesn't.

It's only my 2nd fiction, and I didn't realise until these last reviews that people hate reviewing because he's ill and it's scaring them! I'm reading but not reviewing "sorry". It's just with a story like this I like to have a few chapters to go through all at once. Especially when the main reason for an illness hasn't surfaced yet. But I hope to find out in the next chapter.
Also do they both have a med issue or only Bill?

OMG! Poor Bill. The dreadful ending kind of eclipses the hot shower scene (and it was steaming...pun intended). Bill certainly won't be able to deny there's something wrong with him now. And how the hell will Tom feel when Bill doesn't show up for their date? Will he think he's been stood up? Or will Andreas think to call him and let him know what's happened? And then he'll be so shocked and worried. I wish you were getting more reviews too because I really love the mixture you have here of the sweet relationship developing between Bill and Tom and that underlying mystery about Bill's health issues. Oh, and I loved that line about Bill's smile tattoed to Tom's eyelids every time he blinked. Please carry on writing; I have to know what's up with Bill and how Tom will react.

Wow! That was soooo hot. I think you wrote the sex just right, with Tom feeling guilty for not taking care of Bill but doing what he feels comfortable with. It came across as realistic for someone who'd never been with a guy before. And Bill was more than satisfied with how things went because he's never gone all the way with anyone. They are such a sweet couple. And it was really funny how Bill put away all that food and how amazed Tom was. But, oh, Bill...just because you ignore your symptoms and won't go for the check ups your condition won't go away. Considering he's just survived the migraine from hell, he's got a lot of denial going on that anything is wrong with him. I'm really scared for him, and already feeling sad for Tom when he discovers Bill is sick. Sorry I haven't been in touch (or updated) but with the school holidays I've been out and about with my DH (he's a teacher so was off work). He's back at work tomorrow so hopefully I'll have more time. Anyway, I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter. Hugs, Helen x

Sorry I didn't review this chapter earlier but I've been ill with a godawful cold and I couldnt even think straight. I'm not sure that Bill has an eating disorder, more likely his not feeling hungry is a symptom of whatever else is wrong with him. Personally migraines alone make me throw up, so if there's something else involved as well no wonder he doesn't want to eat. At least he has Tom to take care of him now. And how scared Tom must have been when Bill opened the door and he was all bloody. I do love that Tom's starting to get aroused imagining Bill naked and even considering how deep his feelings go. He's definitely got it bad. Just goes to show; you can't determine who you fall for. As for Bill, I'm guessing he won't tell Tom the truth about his migraines for the same reason he didn't want to go for a scan, he either knows what is wrong and he's trying to hide it, or he's afraid in case there's something really serious going on and he doesn't want to worry his boyfriend or have Tom make him have further investigations. Really, really want to know what's going to happen.

Oh, poor Bill. I so sympathise with him. I've never actually passed out with a migraine, but sometimes the pain was so great I wished I could. But for Bill to be all alone like that, and to fall on the broken glass...horrible. Tom and Andreas are will go crazy when they find out what happened. And I'm really scared that there's more to Bill's headaches than them just being migraines.

That little bookshop sounds lovely from the way you described it. No wonder Tom likes to work there even though he doesn't need the money. The way you've written this chapter I could feel the tension and the attraction between the two boys. Such a big decision for Tom to make.
