Awww he shared the money! When I lost my first tooth I actually literally lost it just like Bill. I remember I cried but my dad convinced me that if I wrote a note to the Tooth Fairy, she'd probably understand what happened. Worked like a charm. I'm glad Bill had the same outcome.
