When you said "im a girl" you should say something "I feel like I should be a girl" or something
Author's Response: Well, it's not meant to be rushed. Bill/Bella actually knew for quite a while that she was really a girl in a guy's body and I'm referring her to the girl she really is on the inside. If I really met a pre-op trans I would refer to them as the gender they feel they are.
