I felt so horrible for Andi. It must be horrible having to rely on prostitution to earn a living. It is so easy to get abused by someone. I had a friend who resorted to doing that and within three years she was a zombie. Hopefully Andi and Natalie will get out and find something safer.
I don't blame Bill for being mad at Tom. He's waited too long to tell Bill how he feels and his only seeing him as rarely as he does is not fair to Bill. Bill has been doing most of the giving in this relationship and I think Tom should step up to the bat now.
I shall be highly anticipating the next chapter. :)

*sigh* well, that argument was...well, it really wasn't quite the necessary argument was it? But it was close. It was a very realistic argument though.
I was starting to wonder about Andi and where he was. I hope this was a bit of a reality check smack to the head for Andi and he starts to clean up and straighten out a bit.
I feel so bad for Bill, it was so heart breaking, the conversation he had with Nat. Of course you don't want to nag, but its a serious topic that needs discusseed. And, y'know, as far as going to NY himself, he definitely wouldn't want to show up unannounced, but maybe he should broach the topic instead of waiting for Tom to...

I blame Natalie entirely for their fight. I don't think Bill would have been so upset that night if Natalie hadn't riled him up. I really don't like her. Anyway, I'm happy Tom is making the effort to just pop in and I hope Bill appriciates it. One more complaint, Bill needs to talk to Tom. If he would move to NY they should have a conversation about it. They are dating, its not kike Tom wouldn't want him there. This is why people need to talk to each other. Misunderstandings all around.

Oh well, nobody has said that a long distance relationship would be easy, right. I am quite happy with the development of this story, it is really realitic with all ups and downs that were to be expected. Bill tries to adjust to Tom's bussy working life but it still hurts and Tom tries to please Bill whenever he can but it doesn't seem to be enough. And a Stephen scenario trap was expected too... can't wait to see how it develops:-)

I think moree than an apartment, they need to have an apartment TOGETHER. Flying across the country for forever is not good.

Great chapter. Really funny their chat about the different types of sex. And Bill's amazement at some of the lots on offer at the auction. And now Tom is setting him up in his own place...and what a lovely romantic date. Mind you, I'm a bit worried about Tom questioning the possibility of 'more'. Is he satisfied to stay with how things are? Will there be a problem if Bill pushes for a deeper commitment? Guess I'd better keep reading.

Hi.
In this chapter, we can clearly see they're a true couple... With problems thanks to the distance but when they are together, nobody can mistaken them for anything else than a couple.
Couple in every possible way: teasing, socializing, jealousy, dinner, and lots of love even if the word isn't said!
The only blackspot in there is for me the appartment. I know Tom meant right but with him buying Bill this appartment, they revert back a little to the relation whore/client. And Bill isn't trully happy about this. I expected Tom to surprise Bill bu telling him this appartment would be for "them" to share when Tom is in town, not for Bill to live in when Tom is out of town.
But I don't worry too much. One way or another, I know they will make all this right... if you don't throw anything too hard to handle on them.
Thus far they managed to let it become too much. Hope it will stay that way!!!

Hmm...yea, I agree with Bill. Something about 'let me buy you a new place to live' doesn't really sweep one off ones feet. I'd think it would feel like a step back in their relationship to Bill, like he's being 'kept' or like Tom was paying for it in exchange for his 'companionship' while he's in town...y'know? But hey, hppefully this is a sign that Tom plans on moving out here, or spending more time out here soon? Paying for a place monthly when your there on periodic weekends, as opposed to hotels...*winkywink*

Joe DiMaggio...silly Bill, has he never heard the song Mrs. Robinson? I get him not knowing what he was famouse for and all, I had to ask my mom when I heard the song, but yea...especially with his girl Marilyn being married to him...but it was incredibly sweet of Tom to get him the baseball anyway.
