Author's Response: I'm surprised this chapter had such an impact. The end of the story is coming up but, there are a few more chapters to finish it up. I can't say for certain if it's a happy end but, I'm hoping it will be an appropriate one. I'll be updating soon, either Thursday or Friday. :)

Only 54 reviews?? Really, you should have a LOT more. This is such an interesting story, and well-written. It would definitely have been featured by now, if they'd start putting in featured stories again. I like how you've kept Bill and Tom's relationship non-sexual, always leaving the reader wondering if they would ever get to that point. I'm hoping you don't end the story too soon, I'd love to see more about their relationship. It's got so many complications to it, and the boys are so matter-of-fact about it all (which is good, they fell into all this with a natural ease, in a lot of ways. They simply stay together and take care of each other and they don't have to even think about it). Love the sci fi part, I'm actually interested to know more about the aliens! You're keeping them "The Bad Guys," but is there more to them? Love how the little girl has some genetic memory going on (if you made this twice as long, going with more of the sci fi stuff, I'd swooooon!! Good sci fi is so hard to come by!....ah, wishful thinking). Anyway, you deserve a lot more reviews! Hope you're not discouraged and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!
Author's Response: I'm so flattered by so much positive feedback. I'm trying to give the twins' dynamic a good amount of exposure but, I always have to be careful that I'm not leaving the story stagnant while they engage in conversation. I suppose I'll have to work a little more at that... I also found that bad guy flaw in the aliens and I'm working towards shifting it in future chapters-- I hope it works out. I'm not very well-read in science fiction, this being my first effort in writing it and, I realize those elements are suffering a bit in favor of the earth-bound drama. I'll try with what's left of the story to expand those elements but, there's not a lot I can do within the existing chapters. I'm definitely not discouraged by such an encouraging and constructive review. Thanks so much :D

Author's Response: You'll get all the answers you're looking for in coming chapters. Even the characters are in suspense until the next update. I'm kind of fond of their precarious situation but, everything will have a resolution in the coming weeks. :)

omg, i can't believe what just happened. first i thought they just gonna take Alana, but Bill? what they're planning to do? impregnating Bill again? well, that would be nice - Alana will have a little brother or sister, just like twins another daughter or son xoxo
but going back, David is kinda asshole. well, Georg wasn't better but i think now he know what he wanted.

Author's Response: The aliens have some mysterious ways about them. They've surprised me from time to time. I think only more chapters will tell what they're up to ;) Sure, David's an ass but, there's only so much suspension of disbelief he could handle. maybe it's good that Tom told his little brother about everything. maybe now he would understand why their daughter has those dreams. yet, that he's not mad at Tom anymore cos how not to look at it, he just wanted to protect them

I don't have much to say about this chapter..I liked it, well-written as usual, and interesting enough that I couldn't stop reading until it was done. Soooo, the twins aren't actually together, but they sleep in the same room now? I'm confused? Also, it can only wait so long before these aliens are gonna do something, and I can't for the life of me think of what would happen then..its just so, out of the twin's control that if something DID happen, it would be completely hopeless...I don't see how it could ever be more than that...hmm..

I wonder what Tom was hiding in this paper that he burn. Tho, they really have look as a nice family with little A and friends, good friends around them but that Michael, hiloperully he won't try do nothing against them after he was fired.

The first thing I want to say is reading "fuck the aliens" actually hurt...it really hurt..you know..it was painful to think of tom saying that and not meaning it in a sexual way...me and every other alien...it hurts...luckily it didn't actually happen and he was NOT referring to his fans which is an upside! considering that you mentioned that this story might not "be" for much longer, i really think that this could go two ways, the first being that the aliens succeed in taking the girl and make the boys and everyone forget that the girl ever existed, or making up a story for them to believe that she had died in some way, or the other option being that for some reason the girl stays with them and the aliens will forever leave them alone. However that may happen. Sooooooo I guess i'll wait and see what happens
