Before, it was kinda just the Pastor being the pastor, and there's always a few die hards, but Gabriel's reaction really has me worrying about it as a whole, and worried about Gordon's power in the church community. It was also a definite shock that Bill knew him. Very cool info.

I'm wondering if Bill told his dad about this deal Tom tried to make and if Gordon told his son to do it, y'now thinking Bill is straight or too cowed to go against him sexuality wise, or if this is Bill's diiirty little secret.

I just feel so bad for poor confused Bill, he's so obviously trying to convince himself of things... *cuddles*

We'll see how that plays out. rnI can inform you that Bill did not tell his dad about Tom's little offer, this is Bill thinking for himself. But is it as much him wanting to give Tom a Bible lecture or is it more the fact that he just wants to kiss him? i had sort of hoped that maybe bill knew gabriel, but the fact that they go to the same church just makes it all the better (then again, how else would bill have known him?)

i'm literally sitting on the edge of my chair as i read this, it's one of hte more awesome plotlines out there at the moment (at least of what i'm reading)

I can't tell you just how much I hate the Christians here (although maybe it's just a tiny but exaggerated). In fact their attitude towards homosexuality is the reason I am not a Christian. so you struck a giant nerve ;)

But back to the story, I would be very happy to see if Tom succeed in converting Gordon and Bill to "normal". And I can't wait! :)

You know, I just noticed Bill's side pairing, and I got really, really excited. *wink wink* :)
