It was an amazing and sweet chapter as usual, but I don't really see any change in Bill's beliefs, so I'm afraid it's gonna take Tom very, very, VERY long. However, your Bill is really cute when he laughs (: I hope he will open up to Tom a little more as time goes by.
Just out of curiosity though, if Tom could have Bill right now, would he be willing to somehow start a serious relationship with him, start to date him officially or just move on to chase after new boys? Yes he does like him a lot and finds him beautiful but still, he doesn't really know him, does he?
