I loved Tom and Bill's growing attraction to each other and how they both wish they were on a more private tour of the fabric, which btw, sounds more awesome with each passing chapter! Love the details you're putting into every single part of it, makes it come alive to me. Looking forward to more!

Wow, I'm really enjoying this remake of willy wonka and the chocolate factory, I have so many questions that I hope to find the answers to as I read, like what the heck is up with Bill's dad and why is he suing Bill, why has Bill never ventured beyond the manufactory when he clearly longs for the outside world? Why did Elliot and Natalie come if they were so uninterested, I mean this is faaar more interesting than a normal candy factory, in fact why would Nat even allow him to bring his gameboy, and why didn't she take it away when she thought he had caused the problem geo and shanna did? I can't wait to see more! Keep up the lovely work!

Omg this is so good so far! I have so many questions! Like why is Bill's dad suing him? Why does Bill stay in the factory when he so obviously yearns for the outside world? Why does Tom have a bad feeling about the clockwork robots? I can't wait to read and find out the answers! Keep up the wonderful work!

Eee! I'm happy that you updated this :3 Each chappie is just magical.
I also just adore the instant connection without it being the full-fledged "love at first sight" that some authors use.
Also, count me in that I liked the non-creepiness of the boat ride XD My mom was scared as a child of Gene Wilder spazzing out, and even today it's just unsettling all around, lol! Even though you didn't really describe it, with a bit of effort I can almost hear the under-workings and soft sounds of the factory, so that's awesome :)

Awww! Bill is so adorable and so is Tom! I look forward to their relationship!
But it seems like the only nice guest besides tom is Gustav. The others can go fall in a hole! (:

aw, this is so adorable. they're like two peas in a pod, even meeting for the first time :3 Bill's so cute, I love the way you have him talk and act. he's so kind and sweet and innocent, so untainted by modernity. and Tom's a good boy, too, so I feel he will add to Bill's life nicely, not take away from it like others might. I like the little tweaks and spins you're putting on this familiar story :)

Oh wow, I have longed to see this colorful, tantalizing banner on the recents page again. I loved this so much, loved the instant connection between Bill and Tom (it's just miraculous how you can draw that connection in what seems like a "sweep of the hand"!) Their different characters makes even a brief look between them special (and my belly flutter). I also love how Simone and Gordon could be inspired to do a painting or a song by what Tom would tell them about the factory. It makes me lol when I think of parents who break out in a song when they hear of something their child has encountered.
"He would have liked to lean his head against Tom's shoulder, but that would be terribly forward for a young man he had only met that day, and besides, the wide brim of his hat would keep them apart regardless." Just AWW for that! (And the hat in the banner is very inspirational, by the way!) The end scene is just wonderful and I drew a breath there - for a moment I thought they were going to kiss! So wonderful. Thank you.

I'm not sure if I reviewed the first ch or not, I'll have to go back and check, but I am enjoying this so much. I love Tom. He's so sweet, and chill, but extrememly kind, and generous. Poor Bill locked away from everything, but I find him so damn sweet and genuine. I love this little budding relationship. The changes you have made to the movies and book are great and original. You keep enough of the movies, books to make it familiar but things are so different I wait on baited breath to see what they will be like. I'm happy there was no creepy song while in the boat like in the original movie. This has me wondering of the baby is old enough for the Johnny Depp version, I know the boat seen in the original freaks me out so we'll pass on that one. Haha. Anyways, great story. Thanks for posting and I hope all is well with the new job.

I like it however...Is Tom's last name Kaulitz or Trumper? Because in the summary it says Trumper and in the story it says Kaulitz. I'm just checking lol. I like this though. I love the original so any retelling is good for me.
