And stories like this are the reason why you are one of my favorite authors in any fandom I've ever dabbled in. You can write something based on a well known 'verse and make it yours in a way that it becomes something else completely, something even better, at least for me. I absolutely adored this! Bill was so sweet and näive, but managed everything from the tour to his father in a way that shows there's a lot of strength of charater lying underneath; Tom was just about as sweet and caring, paying attention to details Bill hadn't and came to the rescue with his intervention and in the end everything worked even better than I anticipated. Thanks for making the start of my weekend so much better after reading this. *beams*
