Scotty's reasoning is so adorable! Is there a particular reason why Scotty pics on the app make you cry? Anyway, Bill totally couldn't squat to pee outside. That's a ridiculous thought! Scotty is right. I really like weird innocent-yet-not-innocent-grind-his-ass-into-Tom Bill, but I think Scotty may be my favorite character.
