I sense a note of hope in Tom and I only hope they can mend the rift between them. I love these two and want to see them finally be happy together. :)

Author's Response: Tom always has hope. He's so optimistic. =D

Okay, I wasn't sure what to expect with this final part and I'm still not. Poor Bill and there goes Tom wanting to be an enabler again. :) Not good. :( I'm off to the next chapter and am hoping things work out but I'm not sure. :)

Author's Response: When it comes to Bill, Tom IS an enabler. I see that as being as true to real life as can be. Hopefully the rest of their story here isn't something they'll ever have to face, though. =(

It's really painful to see the twins being almost like strangers to each other. Like you said; they came in a pair, because they were never meant to be on their own. It's shouldn't be on option...

Author's Response: It absolutely should not be an option. Our boys should never be broken. =(

Aww, Tom :(. Derek has to... He will, he must. I can fully understand Tom's fear. Bill being far away gives some sort of explanation, but now, being clse, there's nothing left but their bare will to fix things. If it doesn't work out, there's no excuses left. Hoping for the best...

Author's Response: It's always the hardest to lose someone who is so nearby, isn't it? It's like a constant reminder of everything that's gone wrong. I'm hoping for the best right along with you. ♥

The desperation and the relief. Tom's understanding of what he wants, where he belongs, where Bill belongs, is somehow calming. Bill couldn't be that far in the end, not ready to let go and I'm so sure that despite the doubt, they will find the way back.
Btw, I hate those moments when you wait and wait and realize that you have to let go. Just waiting for the right moment, so "what if's" would subside. I hate them.

Author's Response: I hate those moments too, and they always seem to last the longest. =(

But he’s learned from his mistakes; that’s the point he wants to make. It’s exactly what he’s rehearsed in his head a thousand times over. Never again will he ever take for granted all that Bill means to him. Like a flower without pollen or a bee without a stinger, he knows now that he’ll never survive on his own. Predestined, he was never meant to be own his own. They were never meant to be on their own. It’s why they’d come into the world as a pair, a duo, two against the world. Tom and Bill.

Awwww, this was lovely! I just adore how Tom is so determined to get what he needs, no matter what he has to do to get it, even if Bill seems a bit reticent at the moment. I'll be looking forward to what Derek and Bill have to say now that they've met. :)

Author's Response: So happy you're enjoying the ride with me again! <3

I really hope Derek can help put Bill together, I just hope Bill realizes that he needs Tom just about as much as Tom needs him in the process. You're right, this is less angsty than the previous stories, but I'm enjoying it muchly. ;)

Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying it even if the angst level has dropped. =D

Oooh, light at the end of the tunnel! At least Bill got there, even if he was late. I loved that last part, even if I still don't like Bill much, I'm glad Tom knows what he wants and knows it won't be an easy path, but is willing to do what he needs to do to get it. Off to read more since I fell behind. :)

Author's Response: Bill is a bit tricky to like in this one, I must admit. Hopefully things become clearer regarding him, though.

It's so painful to read how Tom is in pain... because Bill is in pain. Tom's really, really foucsed on Bill. Almost as if he doesn't know what he feels himself. Just this one thing: he has to make it work or he'll die. I can't explain it better... as if he's unable to see more clearly what he wants or how to get it, instead he's focusing so much on Bill, and if Bill is fixed, all will be fixed. Sort of.

Author's Response: Tom really is focused on Bill, for sure. But if we were to read it from Bill's perspective, what would we find? haha I understand what you're trying to say though and I hope it works out for both of them. =)

I hope that Derek can help, but surely the blame is as much Tom's and he needs to talk to a shrink too, not put all the responsibilty on Bill to mend things. After all, he was the one who walked away from the relationship. I'm really enjoying this story and love your writing. It's so sad but I'm hoping that the twins have a happy ending.

Author's Response: Oh, it's not just Bill going to talk to a shrink. Read the next part and you'll see. ;)

There are no take backs in life, no second chances.

Oh but Tom there IS! This is just amazingly beautiful, hopeful, loving.

Author's Response: Oh, is there? Maybe he'll learn that lesson in the end. ;)

Awww, poor Tom. It was somehow very touching to read him call his mom - out of all people. There's just something very fragile in it, very open anīd. But now Tom is going to meat Bill and... perhjaps there are right words after all?

Author's Response: I've always thought Bill to be more of the mamma's boy, but at the same time, who better to go to when Tom is worried about Bill?

Sometimes life is a bitch, yes. I think the saddest thing in relationshiops is that you can't really make things undone or unsaid even when you apologize. It a frightening thought: to carry all the past with you. I hope Bill and Tom can find their way back together and despite the burden, be stronger than that.

Author's Response: That is very true. What's said and done has already been said and done. The only way to fix it is to be sincere in wanting to change things.

It tok a while to find the spirit of this story, but it was there, in me, very fast. Just like Tom, I want to understand what happened, why and be afraid if things are too far to be fixed. No glow left is probably the worst. I'd never want to see Bill like that.

Waiting for the painful story. I'm so happy you decided to write this after all. :)

Author's Response: Of course I had to write it. It's actually been a work in progress since I finished the last one...I could just never get it done. But now it is and I really hope you enjoy it and the angst is up to par for you. ♥

I love that their mom knows what Tom needs and puts Bill on the phone right away. That says a lot about how others, at least their family, must view them. If something is wrong with Tom, then he must need his Bill. I hope they can have a good talk and actually listen to each other and put it all out on the table, but somehow I don't think you're going to make it that easy! ;D

Author's Response: I think within the Kaulitz camp, it's probably pretty easy to tell when something is wrong with the twins and that the only ones who can actually fix it is themselves. Besides, I've always thought of Simone as a pretty cool cookie, you know. =)

I'm really liking this, even if I hope that at some point Bill will accept that he also messed up and it's not just Tom who needs to give in and apologize. In the meantime, my heart keeps breaking for Tom and how all this affects him. *sighs*

Author's Response: Breaking your heart is my pleasure-- er, I mean....*shifty eyes* I hope you stick with me for the rest of it. =)

Awwww, poor Tomi, *cuddles him* this is so sad, I feel so bad for him, he's gone through so much already and this is just heartwrenching. Bill might be lost, but Tom is incomplete without him and lonely. Looking forward to more.

Author's Response: Tom is definitely incomplete and lonely. And they're both lost, really. So it's like a double whammy.

I'm here to express my endless gratitude for this ;~; I won't read it until it's finished because I just can't stand waiting for the new parts, once I've started reading I have to finish it all at once! I'll wait until then to officially come here and sob like a baby.

*hugs tight and never lets go*

Author's Response: There are 18 parts so it's going to take over 2 weeks to get it all posted, so hopefully you won't lose interest before then. ;) I have endless gratitude for you for pushing me to get this done. <333

Even if it's heartbreaking still to see how misunderstandings/etc (I realize that I have a whole series to enjoy here) have come between Tom and Bill, there is still some kind of hope in the thoughts Tom have... when he looks back at the days he spent with Bill during Christmas. Airy, relaxed feeling to this. Very nice.

Author's Response: Oh girrrrl, you should read the others first. Parts of this won't make any sense at all unless you've read the others. haha But no matter what order you read them in, I hope you like them all. =)
